My apartment has great views of the city and river and is just next to Kings Park. It has 2 air-conditioners - bedroom and living. It has a queen sized bed (linen supplied), fast wi fi, TV, a new shower and is just a 10 minute walk from the city and Convention Centre and a 2 minute walk to Kings Park.

A lovely place to relax and make a base for holiday travels. Two air conditioners, fridge, lots of kitchen utensils, new white couch, flat screen TV are available to make your stay comfortable, linen is included, shower has been recently retiled and you can walk to the city in 10 minutes, 10 minute walk to Convention Centre, 2 minutes to Kings Park for great views of the city and river and to relaxing and 5 minutes ton West Perth commercial centre. The residents in this complex are quiet so I ask that guests respect this. Fast wi fi is available (for the technically minded - speed is 14Mb/sec download, 70msec ping). A new and very clean laundry with washing machines and dryers is downstairs on the ground floor at the end of the walkway. Free security parking is available if you need it.

All the space is available to guests.

So close to the city, Convention Centre, Elizabeth Quay and Kings Park, it is a delightful neighbourhood to stay in! There is a 24 hour shop at 1178 Hay St nearby and down the road is a Farmer Jack Supermarket (and many other shops including boutique shops) at Crossways on the corner of Bagot Road and Rokeby Road, Subiaco (about 3 km).You can walk into the city in 10 minutes for dining or shopping or to Kings Park in 2 minutes to relax or have a picnic.

Buses pass by frequently (free CAT service plus buses to Fremantle and the Western Suburbs. Bus 40 goes to the domestic airport T3 and T4 and 380 bus goes to the International Airport T1 and T2), the train is a 15 minute walk away, 1 free parking space is available at the complex, walking is the best way to get around! There is a 24 hour deli/shop, post office, cafes, chemist in Hay St, about a 10 minute walk.

If you have a car, there is unallocated security parking available. A lost air key (for the gates) will be replaced at cost somewhere between $100 to $200 since it needs a call-out to be individually programmed.

I was a lecturer at a local technical college until recently, love water sports and am a sociable person. My apartment has lovely views of the city and river and is just next to Kings Park and I would like to share my apartment with other people.
