Minutes from Bloor and Bathurst, a bustling hub of the community oriented Annex neighbourhood. My home is warm and inviting. The space is classic yet modern, familiar but engaging. The location provides easy access to all of downtown.
Hey! I've just relisted after having a roommate for the last year. She left to travel Canada and now I'm back to meeting new worldly people, which I'm very excited about. That's why my reviews will be a little dated.
My home was built in the early 1900's. There are lots of original features throughout the house. It is a unique space that has large windows in each of the main rooms. Those windows, in tandem with the windows above each door make it a bright space. The hardwood floors could tell plenty of stories. There are three bedrooms but I use the largest as an office/work out space.
*Now that it's summer please note I do not have A/C. I provide a fan in the room but if you are used to the ice cold feeling of air conditioning, my house may be too warm for you.*

You are welcome in all of the common areas. There is also a small patio space downstairs to grab some sunshine.

I work five days a week with a varying schedule. When I'm around I am more than happy to give you information on Toronto. I'm easily accessed by text and can usually text back promptly.
My home is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable. I have espresso makers, cast iron pans, yoga mats, a record player, a tub for soaking, and many other things I hope you'll discover.
