It is not quite a sea-view apartment, but it is really close! 10 minutes away from Osu in a safe and attractive neighbourhood, our apartment has 2 bedrooms and is fully furnished: beds, kitchen equipment, internet access, AC, water heater; cleaning and security.
We have a backup generator and multiple extra water tanks.
This apartment is ideal for visitors to Accra who need somewhere comfortable to stay for anything from a couple of days to a few months. Two of us rent it out: Adwoa and Amma. Amma is the one most likely to correspond with you via Airbnb, and Adwoa will most likely meet you on the ground in Accra. We have both travelled a lot over the last few years, and experienced being in a new, strange city, and we are channelling all those experiences into creating a welcoming and comfortable space in Accra.
The building is located in a quiet, peaceful compound, and is one out of three apartments. There are two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. With a combination of mattresses and cosiness, we have hosted groups of up to six people at a time.
We have someone permanently employed on the premises to provide security and cleaning, which can be arranged according to your convenience.
Accès des voyageurs
Guests have full access to the apartment. We prefer to rent it out completely, but are happy to discuss the possibility to renting out individual rooms. We do not live on the premises and are very happy to give all our guests their freedom.

We can arrange a pickup at the Airport. This is a separate service that costs $30 USD to be picked up at the airport at the start of your visit, and dropped off at the airport at the end of your visit.
We would be happy to help you get familiarised with Accra. If anything comes up, Adwoa is always on the ground - she lives and works quite close to the apartment, and Amma is always a quick Airbnb message away.
One important thing to keep in mind is that electricity in Ghana is prepaid. We cover this for all guests within the first two weeks. Any additional electricity costs after that will be borne by the guests - this is typically 50 to 70 GHS once guests have run out of electricity.
Please treat the apartment with respect. Party wildly if you must, but don't trash the furniture!

Hi, my name is Amma. I'm a PhD student in development and behavioural economics. I live in Berlin, Germany with my husband Johannes who is also in the profile photo. He looks sun kissed. I am lurking in the background. Johannes is an assistant professor in economics. We often travel together.
I rent out an apartment in Accra with my sister, Adwoa. She is not pictured in the profile picture, but she is cool too. For the "Charming Labadi" apartment she is most likely the one who would meet you in Ghana.
