À propos de ce logement
A truly unique villa. Spectacular 180' views of the mountains over the citrus & olive groves to the sea. Secluded but not isolated and not overlooked in any way. Private pool with heating available. Fabulous outdoor living space. Stone BBQ. 5 bedrooms. 5 Bathrooms.
This villa is extremely unique in the fact that it is secluded and private without being isolated. There is a wonderful outdoor shaded area with seating for up to 12 people with a 50" Tv for watching movies under the stars. It is extremely spacious with one wing housing 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and the other 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. 4 bedrooms are en-suite and the 5th has a family bathroom with spa bath next to it. The two double bedrooms ( one 5ft bed and one 6ft bed) both have sliding doors with mosquito screens leading onto the terrace and pool area. 2 twin rooms have views over the gardens and village or to the sea. One double bedroom ( ensuite ) is smaller than the rest and has views over the garden only, this room is kept locked with our personal possessions for guest bookings of 8 or less and will be opened and our possessions removed for bookings of 10 people. In the center of the house is a specious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The house has a fireplace for the cooler months and gas central heating to keep you snug. All rooms have air conditioning for the summer, which is included up to a fair usage policy. The gardens are planted with wonderfully aromatic Mediterranean plants such as olive trees, jasmin and bourgonvillia and the views are truly spectacular. The little village of Steni is a 10 minute walk and has a superb taverna. There is a wonderful bar in the gardens, next to the stone BBQ which has spectacular views over the citrus groves and mountains to the sea, a day bed around the pool and a large wooden pergola to shade the large outdoor dining table.

My partner and I live in both Cyprus and Cornwall. We are available by phone and email at all times if guests require any information. Guests have the full services of our management company who will meet and greet and be available 24/7 during the guest's stay if they require any help or assistance.
We can arrange car hire with airport collection service if required. Pool heating can be arranged for an additional £25 per day.
This is a peaceful and picturesque Cypriot village so no single sex parties please and please do respect the local people in the village. No smoking inside the villa and please be careful of discarded cigarettes as forest fires are easily started due to the very dry vegetation. Air conditioning is included up to a fair usage policy which included being on at night in the bedrooms booked. Using the air conditioning in the living area or using any aircon during the day, with the windows or doors open or leaving it on whilst you are out will result in extra costs. Guests are free to use extra air conditioning but after the fair usage allowance it will be charged at the standard rate per unit for electric in Cyprus. Any extra air con used or damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
Si vous annulez jusqu'à 7 jours avant le voyage, vous recevez un remboursement à hauteur de 50 % et les frais de service vous sont remboursés intégralement.

Born in Staffordshire but moved to Cornwall in 1999. I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, firstly in hotels and then with self catering cottages. I run a small holiday letting agency, Sound of the Sea Holiday Homes. I am lucky enough to spend my time living and working between both beautiful Cornwall and the sunny Mediterranean Island of Cyprus and so let out my Cornish home in the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey when I am looking after the properties in Cyprus. I have one son, Alex, who lives in Hong Kong and works as a football coach and I try to get to see him as often as possible.
