ENTRY PROCEDURES: A door entry code will be provided by owner/caretakers upon arrival. Contact owners/caretakers for additional details. (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
Reservations are transferable to other parties or exchangeable based on alternate date availability within a six (6)month period of this reservation. Please note that no exceptions to this policy will be made for weather-related cancellations.
Owners have the option to substitute this unit for a unit of equal or better accommodations.
USE OF PROPERTY You may use the rental premises only as a single family residence and may not permit the rental premises to be used to conduct offensive, noisy, or dangerous activity, any activity that is against public regulations or against the rules of any public authority. Please contact owners at least one day prior to your arrival at the rental premises to insure that procedures are understood for entry to the unit.
MAINTENANCE An entry door code will be provided for your arrival or by other procedures as agreed upon by Renters and owner/agent. Please notify owners/agents immediately, should any maintenance issues arise during occupancy.
No pets are allowed on the rental premises.
The rental premise is a non-smoking house – no smoking is allowed in the interior of the house.
Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday mornings. Please set out the trashcans as necessary.
We ask that you wash and dry bath and beach/pool towels prior to departure.
Pool and yard maintenance people will routinely show up at the house to care for both. The watering system is on timer so please do not disturb.
POOL GUIDELINES AND RULES The pool has cleaning devices that pop up from the bottom. These must be left in place. Cleaning goes on and off by a timer. The pool includes a water jet system and hot tub – temperature is preset by the caretaker/agent for the season. Life jackets are supplied for children less than twelve (12) years of age. AN ADULT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL CHILDREN IN THE POOL AT ALL TIMES, NO UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN IN THE POOL, WATERFALL, OR HOT TUB AREA. Any persons with heart disease, high blood pressure, or any other medical condition should not use the hot tub as instructed by their doctor. POOL AND WATERFALL WARNING NO RUNNING, DIVING, OR JUMPING INTO OR AROUND POOL. NO CLIMBING ON OR JUMPING FROM THE ROCKS OF THE WATERFALL. NO PERSONS ARE ALLOWED ON THE WATERFALL AT ANY TIME.
INDEMNIFICATION The owners and caretaker/agents are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your belongings while at the rental premises. You hereby indemnify and hold owners, their agents and assigns, including the rental premises, free and harmless from any liabilities for injury to or death of any person, including you, or for damage to property arising from your using and occupying the premises or from the act or omission of any person or persons, including you, in or about the premises with or without your express or implied consent. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the rental premises; you can be removed from the rental premises without process of law if you do not depart at the agreed upon checkout time.
PROPERTY CONDITIONS/SECURITY DEPOSITS When you arrive, please check the rental premises for cleanliness and damage. Notify the caretaker/agents or owners promptly of any problems or damage. You agree to leave the rental premises in arrival condition with no damage. Additional cleaning fees will be charged when the unit is left excessively unclean.

Beautiful house beyond what I excepted!!! Very clean only problem was the third floor continued to be warm even after I mentioned it to the host but it was fine with me it wasn't as bad an the pool lights never turned on at night but everything else was perfect

We are a mother-daughter duo who live at South Padre Island, love to travel, and even make vacationing our business by providing amazing beach homes for families and friends at South Padre Island!

We are people persons who love to have fun and create sweet experiences anywhere we go whether it's at our home in South Padre or the beaches of Playa del Carmen and Tulum.

We love to soak in the sun while we standup paddle board on the bay, ride bicycles on the beach, and do yoga. Drinking coffees in the morning while we make to do lists and fun plans. Playing guitar and singing with friends is also a fun thing we like to do too.

Our family business, Vacation Villas of SPI, has been around since 2002 by Jan and Scott Whittington (Cianna's parents) when they bought a lot and built a house on SPI. Cianna started helping out when she was a teenager with the company website and during onsite during the summers when she wasn't going to school. Today, we manage and rent about 20 beautiful homes and condos on the isla that we manage for homeowners on the bayside and the beachside.
