Très chouette appartement. Il est grand et fonctionnel. Alex, Nina et leur maman sont là pour donner de bons conseils et ils sont à l'écoute. Très bon séjour à Budva!!
The apartment looks like as on the pictures, and it was clean & tidy and ready for our arrival. We had good communication with the hosts and managed everything pretty quickly even though we arrived late evening/beginning of night. I would like to thank Nina & Alex for that! From the other side, we had some issues with the water pressure, which made showering and water usage cumbersome. I know it might be a temporary problem, but I believe it should be or communicated towards the guests or having it repaired. Also, the old town is not 1,5 km, but approximately 2,5 kms from the apartment, and it is located completely on the other side of the city. Finally, the relatively large flat has only one air con in the living room, thus in the bedroom and in other places of the apartment the temperature warms up during the day and stays similar after the sunset.

Thank you David for your honest review. The distance from the apartment to the Old Town is air-distance, but we can explain that it is 2.5 km by car, not 1.5 km. It is practically on the other side of the city because the city is very small. Thank you for being our guests! Alex & Nina
la peggiore esperienza mai avuta con un'host. ho prenotato un appartamento in centro di Budva, mi sono presentato nell'indirizzo indicato dal host il quale mi ha ricevuto e indicato l'appartamento il quale non corrispondeva al appartamento prenotato, fatto presente al host che l'appartamento che avevo prenotato non era quello che mi stava proponendo, mi ha proposto un altro appartamento sempre nello stesso stabile, il quale andava bene. dopo 30 minuti e venuto di nuovo dicendoci che l'appartamento che ci aveva appena proposto era già stato prenotato e che il nuovo appartamento si trovava in periferia di Budva. Secondo la mia impressione personale queste persone non sono affatto serie. Se potette evitate di prenotare da questo host.

It is human to make a mistake although this is the first time that something like this happened. I am sorry, but it can realy happen that in the day when you have 3 shifts, the first guests get the "wrong" key (apartment), because it was my fault that I didn't remember the names of the guests that day, and where they suppose to go precisely. Accidentally, first I show the small studio apartment to two guys who appeared close to the building in center where we have 2 apartments ( studio of 30m2 and one deluxe of 60m2 ), because I saw only two of them. I thought that this first guests who come, have reservation for small studio, which is for 2-3 persons. When the Yari and his friend saw that it is not the right apartment, they just open the paper with reservation showing to me that they are 4 with the kid, and that their wives are waiting in the car. I immediately thought that they are in the two bedroom apartment ( deluxe apartment of 60m2 ), which is two floors from small studio, so I show and give the keys from that one. That is the best apartment we have, the most expensive, and later when I come home I wanted to check in my personal calendar and book, what could be wrong, because the price for that apartment is higher than the total price I saw on that paper. There were no discounts that I can implement on basic price, that could match the sum I saw. After detailed checking in the book and reservations, I saw that this group should go to the apartment in our private house, and that is the third one of total 3. Of course that the pictures are correct 100%, of all 3 apartments for rent that we have in total. What's the point of lying as a host when you will last one reservation (not many of them, and we have many for this 2 years of renting with Airbnb), so it is not true what Yari says... The only problem was address of the apartment they have reserved. When we registered this apartment on Airbnb, of course that we described where is it, and the guests can see that in description what we count that everyone read. We also put the address of that apartment which is not in the center ( it is 1.5 km away from the Old Town ), but we don't know why Airbnb put this apartment "together" with the ones in the center, so the guests get printouts with the address in the center. If it was our mistake during the registration of this apartment, in the way that we couldn't added it to two existing ones because it is not on the same address, we will remove it from this profile and make the new one if necessary. But that is not the reason for anybody to speak like Yari is doing, making confusion to others, only because he was "lucky" to get the best apartment in the center for half an our, instead immediately the one he really reserved. He was convinced later that it is the right one, he matched the pictures of the apartment he had in his phone with the apartment itself, but still was angry, yelling and making uncomfortable situation. We offered to Yari and his friends two days gratis on that two they have reserved, because of my mistake, but he was yelling all the time, and although he didn't wanted to leave that first apartment when I come back with "bad news", they did it on my second approach with croatian family who came in the meantime, the family who reserved that apartment, and I was very grateful for that and I still am. But it is not correct to write what is not true, if somebody did mistake and learned a big lesson from that. If I took them to the right apartment the moment they come, than the location would not be a problem because the description clearly says where the apartment is, and everyone can see that on the map where we drow a tag. But it was difficult to leave the better one and I understand that. That's why I apologized so many times, wanted to give gratis days, but what else I could do when the situation went to direction I really didn't wanted. I am Nina's husband and if someone have a reservation on 1 or 2 days, it can happen that you will not meet her, or me, but most guests did, so I don't know what is the problem about that. Thank you!
The hosts were outstanding. They permitted us to leave our things at the flat and even gave us a ride to the old city after we dropped off our things. The apartment itself was clean and as advertised. The only issue we took with the apartment was that the air conditioning unit was insufficiently powerful to cool the apartment, which might have been more due to the uncharacteristically hot day than anything. Nevertheless, it was frustrating. A/C notwithstanding, I can recommend staying with the hosts due to their gregariousness, the cleanliness and spaciousness of their flat, and the beauty of the area.
Well we got there and Alex left us with the lady that lives there how doesn't speak english (she is the one that "kept the apartament clean") and she just kept talking in her language. We found here quite annoying and a little roud, other thene that it was ok

I don't know what does it mean "to left somebody with a lady who doesn't speak English", maybe I should be 24/7 at home, if you wish to ask something that we could understand. You broke the washing machine and the repairment was 35 euros... We have charged you only 15 euros what is more than fer for that, but maybe the problem is why we have charged anything. Everywhere in the world you would pay full repairment because you made a physical damage and we need to wait 2 week for the repairment now. So take care how you treat things in the apartment and there will be much less things that annoys you.
Good housing, matches photos. Unfortunately it was difficult to find, but the owner personally met in a convenient place for us. It's very nice and hospitable. перед тем как приехать, Алекс объяснил нам,как найти аппартаменты. мы немного запутались, но в итоге случайно встретили неподалеку его маму, и она проводила нас в квартиру и все там показала. главная проблема в том, что мама Алекса не говорит ни на русском, ни на английском. так что объясниться было сложно. в общем условия хорошие, нам понравились спальни и гостиная и наличие трех балконов. для нас стало проблемой то, что планировка аппартаментов не позволяет кондиционеру охладить спальни, и спать было практически невозможно из-за жары, прохладно было только в гостиной. хозяева помогли нам оформить регистрацию для туристов, за что им огромное спасибо! до моря оказалось не 10-15мин, а целых 25. еще нам не очень понравилось то, что хозяйка приходила убираться в квартире, пока нас там не было, нам бы этого не хотелось. мы пытались обсудить это с Алексом, но у нас не очень вышло. в последний день к нам пришел Алекс, он оказался очень приятным и общительным человеком и вызвал нам дешевое такси до аэропорта. он объяснил, что он очень занятой и редко бывает тут, и что квартирой занимается его мама, а он помогает ей. Уверены, если бы аппартаментами занимался Алекс, а не его мама, то проблем для нас было бы намного меньше. потому что с ней нам не удалось найти общий язык, как нам показалось. интернет работал всегда, но не очень хорошо. было очень сложно смотреть видео совершать видеозвонки. поблизости к квартире находится большое множество магазинов, кафе и ресторанов, с этим не было никаких проблем. хозяева любезно разрешили покинуть квартиру в любое удобное для нас время!
