Beautiful, 2-storey property with "retro" flair located in the countryside of Manacor. It offers views of the countryside and mountains, it has recently been restored and it can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
The exterior areas of the house are fantastic, the property offers total privacy and you can park 5 vehicles within the plot. There is 1 shower and 1 salt, 6x3m swimming pool, with depth ranging from 0.80m to 1.70m. Around the pool, there is a 120m2 paved area where you can relax sunbathing on one of the 6 sunbeds available to you, and you also have access to 1 umbrella. Around the house there is a 200m2 gravel surface, which is fenced in, making it convenient for children. Just to the right of the home’s main entrance there is a furnished 20m2 terrace where you can enjoy wonderful outdoor eating with family and friends. The property has 1 mobile barbecue where you can show off your culinary skills outdoors.
Upon entering this property you will see the furnished elegant dining room where you can hold lunches or dinners for your loved ones. This room is not separated from the living room-kitchen area by a door, but being far from it gives the impression of being independent. To the right of the dining room and after going through the structural arch, you will find the area where the living room with wood heater and the kitchen are located. These two areas are adjacent but separated by an arch. This property’s cozy living room is ideal to relax watching satellite TV, listening to music or reading a good book. In the original kitchen you have everything you need to make any recipe, including a gas stove. This property has a separate laundry room with 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board.
As a whole, there are 3 bedrooms in this property. 2 of them are located on the ground floor. The main room is fantastic and has 1 double bed, 1 wood stove and 1 wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom, also located on the ground floor, has 2 single beds and 1 wardrobe; and the 3rd room, located on the 1st floor, has 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe and a skylight, which gives a special charm to the room. This villa has 1 very complete in suite bathroom located in the master bedroom. In this bathroom there is a bathtub and a spectacular rain shower in which you can relax. Up to two extra beds can be provided upon request. In the house you have access to 1 crib and 4 fans in case you need them. If you are a person concerned about the environment, you should know that this property uses solar energy.

This home is located in a rural setting in the area the Mallorcan Plains. It is located between the towns of Vilafranca de Bonany, Felanitx and Manacor, although it belongs to Manacor. Vilafranca is a small farming town characterized by the quality of its fruits and vegetables sold by the farmers themselves. Manacor is one of the most important towns in Mallorca due to its high commercial activity, pearls factory and furniture stores. Felanitx keeps the charm of the industrial areas of Mallorca where you can stroll through the old town with great commercial life. Any of these three towns is only 10 min. from the property. If you prefer to enjoy the Mallorcan beaches the closest one is Porto Cristo (located about 20km); and if you do not mind driving for a little longer, you can visit the spectacular beach of Es Trenc, located about 35km away and known as one of the most beautiful and best preserved beaches of Mallorca.
