À propos de ce logement
This cozy Parisian apartment, is what you were looking for!Bigger than commun "studios", it has 2 independent rooms, separated from toilettes, kitchen and entrance door. Very bright, double glazing windows, near to boulangeries and supermarket!
_________________THE APPARTEMENT Our (my boyfriend and mine) 38m2 flat is equipped with : - a kitchen, - toilettes (a WC), - one bathroom (shower, washbasin, mirrors and washing machine!),- two independent rooms (we actually use one as living room, but there's a "futon" sofa bed for two people)Each room has its own door so that the kitchen, the toilettes and the flat entrance are separated and completely independent. The flat is at the second floor. There is no lift, but it's just the second floor!_____________THE LOCATIONYou will stay in the heart of the "Goutte d'or" neighborhood, located in the 18e arrondissement (the same of Montmartre, Abbesses, Sacre Coeur, Pigalle, Moulin Rouge, etc ... ). It's name, literally "the golden drop", should refers to the color of the wine that was produced here. Nowadays, you can still visit the last vineyard of Paris, the "Clos Montmartre" (15min walking). This neighborhood hosts many African shops and it is known for its folkloristic open air market : the Marché Dejean (1min walking), open Tuesday to Saturday mornings. It is an eccentric "up-and-coming" neighborhood with mosques, halal restaurants, pastry shops and Africain fabric stores. If you have time, you should visit the "Luxor" cinema (7min walking). This building, in a perfect ancient Egypt style, has a rooftop café that offers magnificent views of the Sacre Coeur! ______________PAY ATTENTIONDont be scared by the poor neighborhoods inside the city (I use to come back home alone and very late in the night, I never had problems). Instead, be two times more careful when you are in the the most famous and touristic spots : do not show your new iphone, always keep an eye on your camera, always close your bag and put an arm on it, do not accept jewels from people saying you lost it, do not sign petitions, do not lend your phone, do not show too many banknotes, put your wallet in a safe place, etc... Pickpockets are very smart !

If you are planning to move in the city by METRO, I suggest you to buy a "CARNET de 10 billets" (a carnet of 10 tickets) for 14,10€ .Daily pass are quite expensive and, usually, the most famous spots in the city are so close to each other that you would probably prefer to walk.

I'm studying in Paris since 2012, but I came from an Italian region called Abruzzo. I'm actually living together with my boyfriend in a Parisian flat, that we occasionally rent on Airbnb when we leave the city.
I love travelling around and host people from all over the world!
