Your booking is made and accepted on the basis that you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please do not proceed with the booking if you are not in full agreement with the following;
- This property is let on the basis that there is no existing interior damage WHATSOEVER. Any damage noticed must be reported to Russ within 3 hours of checking in. Any damage found after you have checked out will be charged for. This excludes the following; two small dings in dining table, small dirt markings on carpet in bedrooms, light scratches on timber floor.
- Our number 1 rule is to treat our apartment like it is your own home, and to leave it as you found it - clean and tidy.
- The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests only.
- Visitors are not permitted without prior written permission from the owner, and are not permitted to stay overnight.
** NO PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS, HENS OR BUCKS PARTIES ALLOWED. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
- Furniture, homewares, cutlery, etc, are not to be removed from the property. Outside furniture is not to be brought inside, and inside furniture is not to be taken outside. Please do not move or drag furniture around the apartment.
- Please rinse off any food scraps before packing items into dishwasher, as this can lead to blockages.
- In order to help protect our timber floors and carpeting, we have a no shoes policy throughout the apartment. Please kindly leave your shoes at the front door.
- Pets are prohibited.
- For the comfort of future guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Smoking is permitted on the balcony with doors closed behind you. Please use the ashtray provided and do not throw cigarettes into the garden.
- Upon departure, please ensure that windows are closed, all appliances and lights are turned off, and the house is securely locked. The property should be left in the same condition as it was at the time of your arrival. The stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge should be clean and all items put away in the cupboards. Please ensure the rubbish is put into the correct garbage bins outside on your departure. The keys should be put back in the key safe on your departure.
- Any damage or theft found after you have checked out will be charged for.
- Loss: the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
- Your booking is confirmed on the basis that OCEANFRONT APARTMENT IN TOWN CENTRE and it's owners do not accept any liability for any, cancellation, injury, loss, damage to person(s) and/or property and additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by events.
- If you have children, your responsibility is to protect them at all times.
- We do not accept liability for errors, changes, omissions or negligence represented on our website.
- No responsibility is taken for any items left on the premises during your stay or left behind after departure.
