Description

Camden is arguably the trendiest neighbourhood in the City, home to the hugely popular Camden Town canal-side market which we cannot recommend highly enough.

As you step inside the property, you will find it has a clean and minimalist finish with white walls and wooden floors throughout. To the right is a 8-seater dining area with elegant hanging lights and an adjoining sitting space with a low-level sofa and a coffee table. The smart kitchen at the rear of the house has a cool monochrome finish with top-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, built-in oven, electric hob and microwave. There is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The paved outdoor area offers guests the option of dining al-fresco on beautiful summer days.

The main living area is up on the first floor, with several windows looking out over the front street. It is centred with an L-shaped leather sofa facing a decorative fireplace and flat-screen TV. Next door is a good-sized bedroom with built-in cupboards and a king sized bed. Across the hall is the family bathroom fitted with a bathtub and overhead shower.

On the second floor there is a third bedroom with a king-sized bed and built-in wardrobes allowing ample storage space. The master suite is elegantly designed with a superking-sized bed and mirrored, fitted wardrobes, which make the space appear large and light. Its modern en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower enclosure.

There is a third shower room on the top level of the house as well as a WC on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a double air bed which can be set up to sleep a seventh and eigth guest.

This property is excellently located in trendy Camden, just 5 minutes on foot to Camden Market and the Regent's Canal, giving you a stunning 10 minutes walk to Regent's Park and Primrose Hill. The property is 7 minutes bus journey from Camden Town Underground Station (1km). In closer vicinity to the property is Kentish Town Road, which offers a good selection of local shops, cafés and restaurants.

You can reach the famous Regent’s Park in approximately 10 minutes via public transport and on foot (10 minutes by car) for the beautiful landscaped grounds and London Zoo.

Further along the road is Kentish Town Underground station, which operates on the Northern line, reaching the West End in just 10 minutes; it will take you directly to Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square. Kentish Town Overground station is also minutes from you and ideal for reaching Hampstead Heath, for those glorious summer days!
