Split level, top floor, full of light apartment in CBD heritage building with expansive views across the river to Southbank, up to Dandenongs (on a GOOD day) and glimpses of Westgate bridge. Double glazed windows and really close to trains and trams so it's quiet and central. The master bedroom has an ensuite and private balcony with king sized bed that can be split into two singles and the massive double bathroom is ample for guests using the second bedroom too.

There is a secure access through two sets of doors to the lift area. There are two bedrooms on the entrance floor - one with a Queen and private terrace and ensuite bathroom. One with a double bed which is beside a large bathroom with a bath.

This is an old heritage building and sometimes things go wrong - we will do all we can to help you through any challenges.

One or two Sulfur Crested cockatoos will visit at dawn and dusk (you'll hear them squawk) feel free to feed them a couple of walnuts or sunflower seeds (in container by balcony door) They will take from your hand (careful!) or you can leave them on the handrail of the balcony. They will then swoop away and enjoy their wild life.

The whole area is wonderful to walk around and enjoy what Melbourne has to offer.

- I do not accept responsibility for loss of property. However, if you realise you have left something in the apartment after check-out please phone and I will do my best to have it returned to you.

Beautiful! Awesome! Wonderful! I have visited Melbourne about 10 times. I used to stay at a hotel or an apartment. Since I know almost every hotel is same in main cities in the world, I have used Airbnb since 2013, when applicable, including Bangkok, Cebu, etc. But, this time is the best. If you want to have a sort of some good feeling of Penthouse, I have never ever stayed at, this is the best choice for you.

The apartment was beautiful and immaculate. We enjoyed the view and the visiting cockatoos. The bedrooms could use blackout curtains and some noise reduction. Street noise can be heard from bedrooms and made worse by night construction on train station (but that is temporary). Key pickup several blocks from apartment.

Loved the apartment! Very homely and unique. Great location. Linton very easy to communicate with. Replied to any questions quickly. . Key collection process very easy. Bonus - after check easy and after checkout we could leave luggage at key collection location until we flew out in the afternoon.

Great property in central location across from train station and trams so easy access to everything and great area to walk around as well. Cockatoos visited every morning which was a highlight. Great space. We stayed with 4 people and each couple had a tolmand private bathroom and was great to have separate living floor with kitchen and living/dining room to hang out in.

Great large penthouse with nice views, the location in the center of everything, Linton and his group were very professional and were happy to provide early and late check outs. Although the cleaner that arrived early needs to work on his people skills

The apprtment is as great as on the pictures - airy, a lot of light. Centrally located. All the main attractions are in a walking distance. Inspite of that it is soundprooffed - you would not hear the noise from the sfreet with the windows closed. Kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything one may need for cooking. The beds are very comfortable, with good matresses and snowy-white linnens. Towells are also very white and fluffy. May be it would be a bit difficult to the senior age people or families with small kids to stay here, as the kitchen and leaving room are on the second floor The correspondence with the host was great. It is not very easy to find the office, but we managed. It was very kind to check us in ahead of time - after intercontinental flight it was important. More than that, we vere offered free transfer from the office to the appartment. All in all, we were happy to stay here and would recommend this appartment to the friends.
