À propos de ce logement
Located in the village of Gadevang, 40 km North of Copenhagen in the forest of Grib Skov. Designed by architect Jesper Lund, who also worked for famous Danish designer Arne Jacobsen. U will need to rent a car to get here with 40 min to Copenhagen C.
The house is very original and kept and restored absolutely faith to it's time. One interesting detail is that the tiles are from the same quantity as used when famous museum Louisiana extented the museum in 1969. There are quite a few details and stories to tell. For instance we made sure that all electronic switches in the house was brought back to how it was initial (switches by Arne Jacobsen of course). We also changed all water taps with colored water taps from VOLA. We have been asked to let our house to be featured in various magazines. The house is located on a hill with a view to the forest and to horses. This said Taschen flipped when they saw our yellow stairs which is of course good to know.
Located smack in the heart of Northern Sealand with a 30 min drive to some of the best beaches around here - fish markets etc. A 30 min drive to famous museum Louisiana and even closer if you are interested in castles like Kronborg (where Shakespeare Hamlet took place) and a 40 min drive to Copenhagen centrum and the airport.
U will need a car in order to get here preferably but you can also take the train (40 min from Copenhagen central station) and change to bus (10 min drive) and you will be here.
The house is located just 300 meters from the entrance to Denmark's second largest forest (Grib Skov). So if you are a lover of nature and Danish architecture you will be in a good spot.
