This place is awesome. Great location and beautiful view. Easy to get to and gated parking. Walk distance to everything. We'll definitely stay again. Thanks Ramon!

Ramon's condo is PERFECT. The condo was very large, clean, tidy and had a gorgeous ocean view. The check in was super easy with the nice gentlemen at the gate. Having security and gated parking was also a plus!

The condo is NOT fully stocked. No running AC, no micowave, no blender, no iron, no blow dryer, no cutting knives, no dishwasher, no screen door, and no usable patio furniture. We also not able to use the hot tub the first day because you have to request it 2 hours prior to allo…

Rosie, I am so sorry about this unpleasant experience, I tried my best to organize with the HOA and I even discounted $100 dlls from the Total for the Extra Guest. I will try my best to better both the service and amenities for future guest. I can offer you 50% discount on your next visit, hopefully it will be up to your standards, I appreciate your constructive comments.

Riviera is the nicest condos near the bars in Rosarito. This condo looked brand new and our stay was great. The staff there are the best.

Ramon was a great host and always communicated fast! We loved the condo and it was so close by to the nightlife and great restaurants, oh and the beach too! Will definitely return and highly recommended.
