you are absolutely correct, a lot of things went quite unfortunate during your stay at my home. Not as dramatic as you picture them above, but still.
You know as well as I that I reacted promptly, friendly and did everything in my power to resolve the occurring problems. That included early morning visits of the housekeeper, of course ants repellent, free dish washer soap, etc.
Your wellbeing during your stay was always first priority, and yes, sh*t happens, but I did all a host can do.
As for the pool issue: the renovations should not haven taken so long but unfortunately it was not within my possibilities to solve this problem on my own - the resort management f*cked up. For this, I re-imbursed you 200,00 Dollar.
... on a 1.700,-Dollar bill, btw. (again, please note the airbnb fees you pay).
You and your party (+4 adults and 2 babies, more than you initially stated when you booked) stayed the whole 2 weeks despite any difficulties, so of course you will be charged accordingly.
As for your whole procedure: you didn't even reply to me sending you 200,00 Dollar or acknowledge it, but you tried to blackmail me into giving you more money a whole 13 days after check-out by saying you would leave a bad review if "we couldn't solve this".
That being said: I wish you all the best for your future, please don't come back to my homes.
