Nestled in the foothills of the Tucson Mountains, this 3 Bedroom 2 Bath 2300 square foot home offers privacy with the convenience of amenities near by. Only 15 minutes to downtown Tucson and 5 minutes to I-10, you can enjoy feeling like you are getting away from it all without feeling secluded.
Modern yet warm and comfortable design, fully stocked cooks kitchen, spa like bathrooms and bedrooms add to the feeling of peace when you stay at Casa Cerritos.
The views of this house cannot be beat. The views of the desert and Tucson Mountains greet you as you walk out the front door. The back patio affords a panoramic view of the Santa Catalina Mountains as well as the Rincon Mountain Range. Your sunrise and sunset viewing cannot be beat.
Gem Show visitors can reach all shows within 25 minutes, or drive to a convenient shuttle stop 10 minutes away.

As much as they like. We live in town, but we live about 35 minutes away. Close enough but not too close.
1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
2.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We have provided a security alarm code for use while you stay. We will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items, particularly if you opt to not use the alarm.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties without prior permission. If you opt to park a trailer, an additional fee of $150/week is applicable. If you do so without prior permission, the above amount will be withheld from your security deposit.
4.) Please, if you move the furniture, return it to its original place.
5.) Please do not do your laundry with ours; please always wash and dry your belongings separate from our linens. Laundry soap is provided.
6.) If something that is non-essential breaks during your stay or is damaged in normal use, please let us know. We will want to repair or replace it before the next guests arrive. If you are using something in the house in a way that it was not intended, or through negligence, something is damaged or missing, we will withhold the replacement/repair value from your deposit.
7.) No parties are allowed without prior written consent from the Owners, and an event fee is applicable. If there is evidence of a party, you will forfeit your entire deposit to cover the event fee. Additionally, if there is evidence that the number of guests exceeds the number of guests you indicated, you may lose some of your deposit to cover the additional time for laundry and cleanup.
8.) Keep house tidy please. This is not a hotel, and if the cleaning crew cannot clean up after you in time for the next guests, their check-in may be delayed. If you spill something, please clean it up. If you stain a linen or furniture, spot clean it. Our cleaning service has a very short time to turn the house over for the next guests. If they are having to clean up excessive messes their fee is higher and the amount will be deducted from your deposit.
Keep beds that were used unmade.
Please put a load of towels into the wash. Please include the hot pads in the kitchen if they are dirty. If you used more than one loadful of towels, try to run 2 loads of towels.
Make sure all dishes are clean including the coffee pot. Running a load in the dishwasher as you leave is fine.
If you moved any furniture or housewares, please return them to the original place.
Take out trash and recycling to bins in garage.
Leave the key and garage door opener on the kitchen counter.
Make sure all windows are closed and make sure the sliding door is locked and the dowel is placed in the floor track.
Use keypad on front door and enter your code to lock the front (wood) door.
