St Kilda is only minutes away from St Kilda Beach and Sea Baths, Albert Park Lake, and great dining and shopping. Only a short distance to Melbourne CBD and close to Albert Park, South Yarra, Prahran and Port Melbourne.
Step outside to Fitzroy Street, with Acland and Inkerman Streets also nearby, and some of Melbourne’s best dining including Melbourne Wine Room, Milk the Cow, Circa @ The Prince and Cafe Di Stasio, Luxembourg, Mr Wolf and the Newmarket.
There is great shopping too and sporting facilities, such as St Kilda Sea Baths, Albert Park Lake and Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre. You will also find a supermarket and deli, homeware store Scout, cafes, bakeries, art galleries, high fashion shops, hairdressers, day spa etc. all within walking distance.
Tram stops along Fitzroy Street will take you into the CBD within minutes. Ride your bike or jog along the foreshore bike track or around the lake. The choices are endless.

Our apartment is located within walking distance of all the major attractions, and for travelling further afield, trams are a short stroll away, so getting around is a breeze!

All our apartments and homes are located in residential buildings, and your neighbours are long term residents. Staying with us means you can live like a local! As part of that experience, we expect that at all times you be respectful and mindful of neighbouring residents, and their expectation of peaceful enjoyment of their homes. This is especially true when entering or exiting the property, and when in outside areas such as balconies, courtyards and common property areas. Noise from inside and outside the property must be inaudible by other residents between 10pm and 8am and at a level that does not interfere with neighbouring residents' peaceful enjoyment of their homes at all other times.
Parties, gatherings, functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
All our properties are STRICTLY NON SMOKING.
In the interest of being green, we ask guests to ensure that lights/heating/cooling etc., are switched off when not in property, and when checking-out. Excessive usage may be charged.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is up to 10am. Check in/out procedures are detailed via email once reservation is confirmed.
Property has 1 set of keys.
Any damages and/or losses to property or contents must be immediately reported to us via email. All damages and/or losses to property or contents are the express responsibility of the Guest making booking and any of the Guest's Invitees. So, you or your guests will be responsible and are obliged to pay for any damages and/or losses to property or contents.
It is a requirement that the property be maintained in a clean and tidy state at all times during your stay, and that it is left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and tidiness at exit, that does not require extra cleaning or tidying in order to prepare for incoming guests. There will be a charge for extra cleaning. Complimentary interim housekeeping (if applicable) provides fresh bed linen, bath towels, general clean and tidy, but not a complete housekeeping service as provided before check-in. Property must be in a reasonable state of cleanliness and tidiness in order for housekeeping to be able to carry out complimentary interim housekeeping.
