Contemporary 1st floor flat moments from the beach. Eastbourne is a pleasant stroll by promenade or the Sovereign Harbour shops and eateries are a few mins walk. The bedroom can be super kingsize or twins, kitchen has a dishwasher. WiFi & parking.

Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in week long blocks. Off season and last minute, flexible check in days may be possible.

This welcoming 1st floor flat is a stone's throw from the beach, set just off the promenade in the popular Sovereign Harbour area of Eastbourne.

Great for a couple as a super kingsize, the bedroom can also be converted to a twin if friends are sharing.

The spacious lounge-diner has side sea views, comfy sofas and a dining table to seat up to four. There is a separate kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine.

The bathroom is indulgent - with a jacuzzi bath and separate shower with jacuzzi jets.

WiFi provided, plus all towels and linen. There is an allocated off-road parking space.

Bookings are in week long blocks, from Saturday to Saturday in peak season. Out of season and last minute, more flexible check in days may be possible.

CHECK IN: Your accommodation will be available to you from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please try not to arrive earlier as we may still be preparing your accommodation and therefore not available to welcome you. The way in which keys will be delivered or collected will be agreed when the booking is confirmed.

CHECK OUT: Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure. Please try to leave the accommodation as clean and tidy as possible and dispose of rubbish as explained in the instructions within the property. Keys are to be returned in accordance with arrangements made when the keys are provided.

NO SMOKING: All of our accommodation is strictly NO SMOKING. Guests believed to have been smoking inside the accommodation may be charged additional cleaning of up to £50. Please smoke outside and remove any cigarette remains safely before you depart.

USE OF PROPERTY: The guest agrees to use this property solely for the purpose of a private holiday residence for the maximum number of people shown on the booking correspondence and agrees not to:
•use the property for any improper, illegal or immoral purposes
•to sub-let the property
•cause (nor allow any guests or visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, or to the property owner, or to the property owner’s agent

BREAKAGES & DAMAGE: Please take care with of the property and its contents. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur and allow the property owner or property owner’s agent access to carry out repairs. Should the cost of repairs and or replacements exceed the security deposit, the owner may seek additional compensation through legal means.

* The property owner and Exclusively Eastbourne as agents do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A £200 security deposit will be held in case of any damage to, or loss from, the property or its contents. Once the accommodation has been checked by the property owner after departure, the cost of replacing items or remedying any damage to the property or the contents thereof will be removed from your security deposit and the remainder returned to you. If the accommodation has been left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep-cleaning or carpet cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

We are a husband and wife team, Carl and Sarah Stanger.

Carl’s background is in marketing, much of it international, which helped feed his love of travel – nicely topping up two separate global backpacking years. Experiencing a diverse mix of swanky but often soulless business class hotels and friendly but basic hostels shapes an opinion of what travellers need and want (and, as importantly, don’t).

Sarah has enjoyed a career in public relations and remains a freelance consultant in addition to roles as mother, director for Exclusively Holiday Homes and chief family organiser.

A shift away from London has many advantages for a young family who love fresh air, the outdoor life and a beach at the end of the road!
