This beautiful condo at "TAO Inspired Living" is located in the ground floor featuring a living room with LED tv with satellite channels, dining room for 6, and open kitchen with granite countertops facing the terrace, all surrounded by the lush Mayan jungle. The terrace has a cute patio set to enjoy a snack or drink next to the bright green of nature.

The condo also features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and view of the terrace. It also has a full bathroom with marble finishings. The guest bedroom features a 2 single beds and its own bathroom.

This particular unit has first-class kitchen appliances and utensils for those who enjoy cooking during their vacation time. The condo is fully furnished and equipped with linens, towels, kitchen appliances, and a laundry room with washer and dryer ready for your use.

Free WiFi connection is also available at the Wellness Center, just 1 minute walking distance from the condo and the community pool.

· Check-in starts at 4:00PM
· Check-out is before 11:00AM
· Pets are strictly prohibited.
· Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
· Bachelor/bachelorette parties and spring-breakers are strictly prohibited.
· Outsiders (or friends staying at other properties) are not allowed to stay overnight.
· The property is located inside an exclusive residential area. All guests are to maintain a respectful behavior around the common areas, and avoid any activities causing disturbance or complaints from the neighbors, especially after 11PM.
· All children must be under adult supervision in the property and the common areas, specially the pools and beach clubs.
· The property is on a well and septic systems. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. The septic system is effective, however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than minimum amount of toilet paper.
· Excessive consumption of electricity (above 30 kilowatts per day) may result in charges in the security deposit.
· Evidence of smoking within the unit will incur in an immediate loss of the security deposit.
· Leaving the property after the check-out time will incurre in charges in the security deposit.
· Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the neighbors, property managers, or any security staff, including excessive noise, parties, destructing partially the property, or any behavior resulting in complaints from other residents or tenants within the building may result in immediate loss of the security deposit and in some cases eviction, and no refunds will be made.
· The property owner and the property managers work hard to ensure that the property and amenities are in place and in good working order. The property managers will be available to handle questions, complaints and supervise maintenance during regular working days and hours (Mon-Sat, 9:00AM to 6:00PM). In case of a maintenance problem, the property managers will strive to have the problem repaired as soon as possible after being notified. However, no refund, rate adjustment or any other kind of compensation shall be made for any unforeseen failures such as occasional interruption of electricity, water, gas, or issues with air-conditioning units, appliances, satellite-tv service, and internet service.
· The property owner and the property managers will not be held responsible for any cases of theft or replacement of stolen valuables from the unit during your stay. Therefore, the guests acknowledge they will be the sole responsible for the unit, and keep the entrance door closed and locked, as well as the terrace doors closed and locked while absent.
· The property owner and the property managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. All guests staying in the property will be responsible for themselves, whether they are registered in the condominium or not. The guest acknowledges that the property owner, the property managers or any of their employees cannot be held responsible regardless of fault, for any accident, loss, damage or injury suffered by the guest, members of their party or any other guests which the renter or their party have allowed access to the property. Furthermore, the guests will release and hold harmless any and all parties involved with the rental, management and reservation of the property and to release and hold harmless it's owner or representative for any loss or damage to personal property or for any injury.

Loved the option to go to the Bahia resort and the pool in the residence community was also lovely. The accomodation was clean, complete and comfortable. We missed screens for the patio doors. With all the mosquito outside it was hard to get some fresh air in the room. Carpets under the dining table not very childminded but for the rest child friendly house and resort.

Hermoso departamento, muy limpio, en perfectas condiciones y con todo el equipamiento necesario para una increíble estancia. Excelente atención de parte del equipo. Recomendación: alquilar auto si la idea es aprovechar el servicio all inclusive de los hoteles.

El departamento esta muy bien y cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa.. En general el residencial TAO esta muy bien y la ubicación del complejo Gran Bahía Príncipe (que es donde se encuentra) está muy cerca de Akumal y Tulum si les gusta el buceo, visita cenotes , Xel Ha , Reserva de Sian Kaan. La atención de los administradores de los departamentos fue excelente en todo momento. Nosotros solamente fuimos un día a la playa al Hotel Tulum que son las instalaciones del Hotel que puedes utilizar sin costo al alojarte en TAO y la playa es muy bonita. Ya no nos dió tiempo de ir al Gran Bahía Cobá que es el otro hotel al que podríamos haber ido con los niños ( se compra un day pass de 60 us dls para ir a este hotel e incluye comidas en el hotel a lo largo del día) ya que preferimos visitar algunos parques e ir a bucear. Muy buena opción para ir de vacaciones tanto en pareja como en familia!!!!

Mi familia y yo utilizamos 3 condos para los días previos y posteriores a mi boda. Los puntos positivos son: 1. El lugar está muy seguro porque es dentro de las instalaciones del hotel Bahia Principe, 2. Por estar dentro de las instalaciones del hotel Bahía Príncipe, es ideal para ir con la familia y pagar un day pass para estar todo el día en el hotel conviviendo. 3. Los condos eran de muy buen tamaño, con una decoración de muy buen gusto, eran nuevos o casi nuevos y perfectamente limpios. 4. En la zona, todos los hoteles y departamentos son en general caros. Esta es una muy buena opción xq además de ser un muy bonito lugar, está a muy buen precio. En cuanto a puntos débiles: 1. En los departamentos no hay nada de red para hacer o recibir llamadas telefónicas, entonces para llamar tienes q salir del departamento hasta el pasillo o hasta el area del estacionamiento. 2. El internet no servía. Si hay red de wifi pero de los 4 días q estuvimos ahí, únicamente funcionó 1 día, fuera de eso, no pudimos tener internet wifi ni red de datos dentro de los departamentos. 3. Los departamentos están lejos de la entrada y lejos de las instalaciones del hotel, por lo q hay un carrito de golf q te lleva al hotel, lo único malo q ese carrito no pasa todo el tiempo, sino cada media hora antes de las 12 del dia y cada hora a partir se las 12 del día, por lo q si no rentas auto, será muy difícil moverte de los depas hacia afuera o hacia el mismo hotel. 4. Aunque la comunicación con los anfitriones, previo a la estancia fue muy buena, el teléfono q nos dieron para comunicarnos durante nuestra estancia no estuvo disponible a la hora que lo necesitamos en varias ocasiones. A pesar de los puntos débiles que menciono, definitivamente nos volveríamos a hospedar en estos condos, solo q iríamos con la mentalidad abierta en el sentido de q uno vamos q tener mucha comunicación (internet) y que lo mejor es rentar auto.

Gracias Sully por dejarnos este review detallado, sin duda es de mucha ayuda. En los listados nosotros recomendamos tener un auto, porque sabemos que el resort es muy grande y no a todos los huéspedes les gusta esperar los shuttles que recorren las instalaciones. Ademas con un auto se aprovecha mejor el tiempo y se explora mejor el area! Estamos en el medio de la playa/jungla y si el internet a veces nos falla, por suerte eso esta en los planes de cosas a mejorar y pronto tendremos una mejor red. Nuestra oficina esta a solo pasos de la unidades, en el caso del que el telefono no estuviera disponible con gusto te hubiéramos recibido en la oficina - otra buena y rapida opción es escribirme a mi por airbnb.

Lovely condo - very nice furniture, great beds, great kitchen, washer and dryer. Used the free yoga in the morning - a nice bonus! Only thing that can be improved is the smell of dampness which was pretty strong - not sure if there has been a leak or some other problem. Except for that excellent accommodations. You do need a car as it is far away from everything!

this is a nice condo in lovely golf course type grounds. It's nicely decorated inside and great kitchen to cook in. Very comfortable couch and we enjoyed the satellite tv. Internet worked very well. Bed was comfy and very high up! Two singles just fine. Lovely bathrooms. The grounds are nice and pool close by but you really need a car to get around and into towns. Downsides: No cell phone service in the house. Signal doesn't reach. Blind fell on my head. Be careful not to click the ignition switch unless you are very sure the gas in the oven is lit -- it explodes if not! Power went off for one night and it is very, very dark and quiet so make sure you have a flashlight just in case. And the water went off for one day. They are doing a lot of construction next door (we couldn't hear it) and I think that impacted those. But Pao was delightful and all the people working there were out to help and take care of any problems asap. They are very nice. We ended up not using the beach club area across the street as it was quite cruise-ship like so not our scene. Lovely place overall although no one from Mexico seemed to be there. We met lots of Canadians though.
