À propos de ce logement
A cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath, mid-century brick cottage in a very quiet neighborhood in Boise's Depot Bench neighborhood. Very close to downtown, BSU, and the Boise Airport.
Our classic mid 1950's Depot Bench brick cottage is located on a quiet street only a few minutes to Downtown, Boise State University, Ann Morrison Park, and the Boise Airport. This charming cottage has a fireplace, hardwood floors and abundant windows that provide excellent natural light. There is a covered front porch, a large private back yard with shaded patio cover off the detached garage.
The newly configured rear entry includes a combo mud room - laundry room with storage, and a full bathroom. Soap and shampoo will be provided as well as towels and washcloths. If you realize that you have forgotten a toiletry, there is a Rite-Aid conveniently located 2 minutes away by foot.
The fully equipped kitchen has new counter tops and a new electric range, and includes a dishwasher and an in-sink garbage disposal. We will provide you with all the equipment you need to cook your own meals. Coffee lovers (who isn't?) will also be delighted to find a Bodum French Press and a Hario V-60 pour-over in addition to your standard drip machine. Coffee will be provided by local Boise roaster Ironside Roasting Co. which roasts fresh coffee right out of the detached garage on site. For tea lovers we will also have an assortment of Tazo teas for you to choose from. You may even find a few local brews or wines to enjoy with your home-cooked meal :)
Additional provisions are close at hand with Albertson's grocery 0.6 miles south on Vista Ave. and Trader Joe's 1.5 miles NW on Vista / Capitol. If you do not want to cook there are many places to eat within a few minutes walk or drive (such as BBQ4LIFE, Sakana Japanese Sushi Bar & Grill, Chapala Mexican Restaurant, Allegreze's Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant, Cucina Di Paolo, Bad Boy Burgers, Papa Murphy's, Starbucks, and a bunch more). Downtown you will find numerous upscale restaurants, cafes and bars such as The Modern, Kindness, and Fork to name just a few!
There is a dinette just off the kitchen where you can enjoy your meals or just relax and read.
The living room has comfortable seating (a new leather reclining sofa and leather easy chair), and a flat panel TV with Roku (Netflix, Hulu HBO, ESPN, etc.), local TV stations, a DVD player, and WiFi.
The central air-conditioning and heating system keeps the cottage comfortable in summer and cozy in winter. Or on cold winter nights you can light a fire in the fireplace for some old fashioned comfort with the provided fire logs.
The larger bedroom has a new queen bed, a bench, and built in dresser and closet. The second bedroom has two new twin beds, a dresser plus a built in dresser and closet. Both bedrooms have two windows facing the back and side yards.

Hello! My name is Greice (pronounced Gracie) and I love meeting new people. My husband and I moved to Boise in 2014 and absolutely love everything it has to offer. I am a first time mom to a gorgeous little girl who is my pride and joy. I love cooking, biking, hiking, crafting, and movies, but my favorite hobby by far is eating :)
