We are located in Quindalup which is a five minute drive from Dunsborough town.
Quindalup is lovely and quiet.
The bicycle path takes you along the ocean for miles.
The bay across from the house is flat and pristine.
Out the back of the house is the little river that you can catch fish in or try your hand at catching yabbies.
We've got two outside dining areas, a BBQ, pool, full sized tennis court, a large kitchen that is fully equipped to whip up a great feast for everyone.
There are two queen bedrooms and three twin single bedroom. One queen and two twin singles upstairs and one queen and one twin single downstairs.
We've got a highchair, a cot and a basket of toys for the little ones.
There are two bathrooms upstairs and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge offer a wonderful area to relax in.
There is air conditioning and underfloor heating in the chilly months.
We have free wifi and a booster to boost your mobile phone reception.
There is ample room to park three cars in the drive way or two cars and a boat.
Linen and bath towels are provided free of charge. Please bring your own beach towels.

Contact with our guests is via email, text and phone if required.
The house has a lock box with keys for access, thus allowing guests to arrive in their own time, the code is delivered to guests a few days before their arrival date.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Arrival - please read the arrival information on the fridge carefully. Arrival is strictly from 2pm. Please do not park in the driveway before 2pm.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 3 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
Bed linen and bath towels are supplied by the owner. You will need to bring your own beach towels & toiletries - soap, toilet paper, shampoo, washing powder etc. (there is a supermarket close by).
Arrival and departure information is located on the fridge in the kitchen. Please follow them carefully as failure to complete them will result in additional cleaning charges being levied against your Bond at a minimum charge of $50 upwards.
Pets are not allowed.
There is no smoking allowed on the property.
Please turn the tennis court lights off before 10pm as they are super bright and will keep the neighbours awake.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
