Caravan in our garden, sleeps 2 comfortably. Bus stop right outside, just a 20 minute bust ride to the city centre. Bedding, tea, coffee & our local knowledge included. Cooker, fridge, kettle, microwave, log burner, electric heater & chemical toilet. Toilet/shower in the main house, shared with our family.

Guests have exclusive use of caravan in our garden, it has full electric hookup and wood burner/electric heater for heating, small electric cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster and chemical toilet in caravan. Bedding and towels are also provided. The caravan is ideal for 2 people but limited space for large pieces of luggage. Shower and toilet is in the main house and is shared with our family.

There are great transport links into the centre and on street parking available. Great eateries, pubs and local shops within 5 mins walk.
The caravan is very toasty and once inside it is a lovely warm space.

Guests will have full access to back garden and access to the main house for use of shower. Times will be confirmed on arrival.

We aim to give you lots of information, but if you are stuck we are only next door. You are our welcome guests and we try to make sure you feel at home, and we also appreciate you may require some privacy so we try to give you some space.

Bristol is the largest city in the South West of England and is recognised as one of the most vibrant and cosmopolitan cities in Europe.

Known as one of the fastest growing cities in the UK it is a perfect destination for a long weekend or mini-break and has been voted as one of the best places in the UK to live

Bristol is the perfect launch pad from which to explore the West Countries local natural attractions, which include Redcliffe Caves, Clifton Rocks Railway, Bristol Observatory, Cabot Tower and Durdham Downs, not forgetting the world renowned Clifton Suspension Bridge. There are some amazing Natural Phenomenon's to visit in the West Country including Cheddar Caves, Wookey Hole and the little known Grotto at Goldney House, the only Grotto in Britain with both a shell room and running water.

Bristol Aquarium and At Bristol, a science and discovery centre are both situated on the waterfront with Britain's only dockside steam railway and for nautical lovers you will find the award winning attraction the SS Great Britain plus The Matthew.

Why not take a trip around the Harbourside, the docks are home to dragon boat racing events, University boat races and many annual fairs and festivals. Why not hop on a sight-seeing bus or explore the beautiful surrounding countryside with a leisurely walk or perhaps hire a bike.

Some of the major events that are held each year in Bristol include the International Balloon Fiesta, St Pauls Carnival, The International Kite Festival, Vegan Fair, Brisfest and many more.

Our home is on a direct bus route that takes you strait into the city centre making getting around very convenient. Frequent buses are available running every 10 minutes.

We advise that caravan water is not suitable for drinking. (For guests staying more than 2 nights) When the water has ran low and no longer comes through the faucet please turn on main tap which is on the rear of the house underneath kitchen window.

We expect our guests to treat our caravan with respect. We do not allow pets or smoking. We aim to keep the caravan clean and tidy so we have a no shoes policy to keep the rugs from getting muddy. Please note guests may not use address to receive mail. Also please could you read the house manual on Airbnb. It has taken a lot of time to put it together and I am sure it will answer all your necessary questions :)
