À propos de ce logement
Only 2 kms out of Picton and 180m above sea level. The house was built in 2011 and features some of the most spectacular views of the Marlborough Sounds. Looking to the north over Picton and Queen Charlotte Sound and views to the south as far as the Kaikoura mountains. This room has a private ensuite and shared kitchenette for preparing tea coffee and continental breakfast.
Our home has a separate 3 bedroom 2 bathroom guest wing which is separated from the main wing by a long hall/gallery. It has a small kitchenette for breakfast preparation so people can have privacy or join us as they wish. Native Birdsong is one of 3 options and is one Queen room with private ensuite.

Alister and Sarah are available for help most of the time. They are happy to organise wine tours and helicopter or boat rides and fishing trips. We both work away from home so cannot at this time guarantee to cook a breakfast which is why we only offer a continental breakfast.
We have special places to eat in Picton and Blenheim and will advise you on arrival.
We are a couple of kilometres out of Picton but there is a really good local shuttle if we are not available to drive you. A1Picton Shuttles
We can organise activities in and around Picton. Including fishing trips, helicopter rides. wine tours and even massages for those weary after walking the Queen Charlotte track.
We prefer people not to smoke indoors but are happy for guests to smoke outdoors. Fire restrictions may apply though so that may be an issue in summer. Please treat our house as you would your own. Spills and breakages happen from time to time so if we know about them we can fix them.
