The apartment is placed in Caballito (limit with Villa Crespo), a beautiful and traditional neighborhood of Buenos Aires, full of ancient PH (condominiums), some modern buildings and picturesque paving stone. A grocery store is cross the street, supermarkets, drugstores, bakeries, a service station, coffee shops and restaurants are near the apartment. There's also the beautiful Parque Centenario near, where a lot of outdoors free activities are organized by the City government.
An important Avenue is 20m left, where you have a lot of buses to every part of Buenos Aires. The closest metro station is 10 minutes walking distance and the cool neighborhood of Palermo is 20 minutes walk (10 minutes in bus), full of restaurants, bars, boutiques, milongas (tango dance clubs) and argentine designers.

- 12 blocks from Malabia Subte (linea B), Corrientes Avenue and the outlets, art galleries & restaurants of Villa Crespo

- 3 blocks from restaurant "Don Zoilo" (great parrilla with excellent argentinian meat and good prices), 5 blocks from restaurant "Mangiata" (great italian pasta in a typical cantina porteña) and 8 blocks from restaurant "Los chanchitos"
