À propos de ce logement
This property is a converted ancient Gozitan farmhouse, it still retains an abundance of old world features like niches, stone archways and 3 feet thick rural walls which are typically known to keep warmth in winter and cool in summer.
The painted Maltese tiles are very attractive and give extra warmth and colour to the sunny atmosphere that already prevails in this delightful holiday home. The house is located on two levels plus a roof terrace, with two of the bedrooms accessed from the courtyard on the ground level. The master bedroom has an adjoining bathroom and the second bedroom has a bathroom just next door. Both bedrooms have a dressing room for more comfort or maybe can easily accommodate a portable cot for a baby. The third bedroom with bunk beds is on the first floor. The property is also has it's own private garden with pool and sunbathing area.
The house is situated in an idyllic tranquil town on the island of Gozo. It is a perfect location for getting around the most beautiful parts of our secondary island but is also very pleasant should you wish to kick back and spend some gorgeous time in the sun, by the pool. At night when the skies are clear you can enjoy a full view of the stars from the rooftop or even if you're lucky a glimpse of the Sicilian Shoreline.
In this property, no pets are allowed. We would expect that you treat our house as if it were your very own. It is a general rule in Malta to keep loud noises to a minimum before 7am and after 11pm. We would like that you respect our neighbors. No smoking is allowed in any part of the house. Please make sure you immediately communicate you flight number, arrival and departure time. Late check ins can be planned but if your flight lands from 7:30pm onward, accommodation in Malta for 1 night might need to be organised.

I am Maltese and have lived here all my life. I pride on the the beauty of our islands. My family have been renting out spaces to tourists who want to visit us for many years now. I am glad to have the opportunity to share our penthouse on here. As a family we like all that is traditionally Maltese and are very familiar with anything local you would like to know. Myself I like to keep fit and eat healthy and also speak different languages. I love learning about different cultures and languages.
