Near I-95 you will find our famous Outlet Mall with all the familiar stores. A nice place to spend an afternoon and enjoy a drink or ice cream sitting on one of the several benches around the mall.

Use of the Microwave only.
No food and drinks in bedrooms.
I enjoy meeting my Guests and I am usually available to help and give information about the area if needed. Florida living is done mainly outdoors.
Vero Beach has much to offer with theaters, museum, art shows, music, dance venues, sports, wild life to explore and much more. The beach with sailing, fishing, kayaking etc., or just enjoying the sunshine.
At arrival time I always enjoy meeting guests for a chat, give a tour of the house, and make sure that everyone is feeling at ease and at home. I make myself available to help and give information about the area. Most of all I enjoy getting to know my guests.
I usually stay on location, but I am frequently away overnight. All rooms are tidied up and cleaned every day to make sure our guests have a pleasant stay.
I like to communicate with my guests mainly by means of airbnb message board. That way I always have records of what has been said if there was a problem or needed information.
In case of emergency guests also have phone numbers to reach us. (airbnb ultimately stands behind all their members and can be reached if there was a problem)
Laundry to the guests is available for a small fee. Just ask your host.

Hi, I am excited about being your host and would love to have you as my guest!
I have traveled through many places and always enjoyed meeting local people. To me the people you meet along the way in your travels are what makes the trip more interesting and memorable.
If you need a good night sleep rest assured that you will find a comfortable bed and a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
Un petit mot en Francais pour les gens du Quebec. Salut a tous! Y Buenos dias a todos.
I love comedy... and people that can make me laugh. Even children sometimes can say the funniest things! Just for laugh here is 'why we love children'.
While I worked at the YMCA this little story always made everyone laugh!
A little boy got lost at the YMCA, and found himself in the women's locker room. When he was spotted the room burst into shrieks, with ladies grabbing towels and running for cover. The little boy watched in amazement and then asked, 'What's the matter, haven't you ever seen a little boy before?'
Here is another one from the teaching world. Logic from an uncluttered mind.
The children had all been photographed, and the teacher was trying to persuade them each to buy a copy of the group picture. "Just think how nice it will be to look at it when you are all grown up and say, "There's Jennifer, she's a lawyer," or "that's Michael, He's a doctor." A small voice at the back of the room rang out, "And there's the teacher, she's dead."
My favorite season is summer, because it is so much easier to travel and spend time outdoors. I love walking, hiking, biking, and go to concerts during the nice summer evenings. Dancing under the stars.
I am addicted to dancing. I have taken many years of ballroom dancing, West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing and Line dancing lessons. Line dancing is almost my favorite because I can dance all night without any interruption, and the dances are all different. Most people associate line dancing to Country music, but dancers can line dance to all kinds of popular music. Fun! Fun! Fun! I certainly can't live without music, and it depends on my mood of the day. I enjoy listening to classical one day to Abba, to Gart Brooks on another day. Jimmy Buffett is fun to listen to when I feel like being on the beach with a Margarita!
During the winter, I used to spend a lot more time reading, knitting, writing (dancing) and trying to stay warm. Now that I have moved to Vero Beach I am at a little loss in the knitting. The weather here is not conducive to knitting too many woolly hats and mitts. If I lived near the ski hill I would love to go downhill skiing again. But, instead I bike and walk more. The beach is an excellent place to walk and there are several places to use the bicycle, and all under the sun all year round.
I also love going to movies when I can find something that is easy and non violent to watch. When I don't have anything better to do I enjoy watching some comedy shows such as the Big Bang, reality shows such as "Amazing Race" and "Dancing with the Stars", "America's Got Talent" because it reminds me of the old show of Ed Sullivan, and the History channel.
My life motto is to dance every day (well almost every day!) like there is no tomorrow! People, music and dancing always make me feel happy!
