My chill one bed/bath apartment is a great beach bungalow. It's just a stumble away from good eats, fun bars, and the ocean itself and also near 2nd street and DTLB too. It comfortably fits two in the bedroom but can accommodate more in the common area if desired.
I love the comfort of my space. The opportunity to enjoy a good book by the bay of windows in the common area or relax on the couch watching the big screen TV are some of my favorites. The corked-dartboard and the large kitchen are 2 other unique assets to entertain guests and enjoy company.

Guests can utilize the amenities in the apartment as long as they return what they enjoy and take care of it as if it was their own. Specifically, I have wireless internet, Apple TV, and a vinyl record player with a bunch of usable records for them to benefit from.

I am certainly available if needed by email or phone at anytime that is necessary. I do give my guests their space but will drop by to check-in if my schedule allows in order to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
There is one parking spot included with this rental, and it is the second spot on the lefthand-side of the driveway that can be entered from Loma NW Ave. It has the numbers 3545, which is the address of my space, to indicate which spot can be vacated.
Additionally, I don't have any pets in my apartment, however there is a cat and dog on the property as 2 of the other 3 tenants are pet owners.
Respect the space: Guests are expected to take care of the place as if it were their own and leave it as they found it.
Respect others: Guests are expected to consider the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
Respect yourself: Guests are expected to enjoy themselves and the luscious LBC to its fullest.
