WELCOME to Glacier's Reach located in Village North. This large 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom town home features a PRIVATE HOT TUB on the patio as well as a common hot tub & outdoor pool (open year round).

Glaciers Reach is located steps from the Whistler Marketplace with restaurants, stores and entertainment on your doorstep. In the Winter, you can walk through the Village to the slopes (approx. 10 min) or jump on the free shuttle bus located just outside the complex that will drop you at the base of Whistler mountain. You are a short walk away from tons of xc skiing and snowshoeing trails. In the summer - lakes, biking trails and golf courses are all extremely close by - the perfect location all year round!

The home has a full kitchen, washer / dryer and a secure underground parking spot making this property the ideal place for longer stays or just a quick weekend getaway for the entire family. This home sleeps up to 6 guests: The master bedroom boasts a King bed that can be arranged into two twin beds upon request (with a minimum of a week's notice), flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. There is a double sofa bed in the living area. Free wifi and local calls included.

PLEASE NOTE: The common area pool and hot tub is currently out of service due to unforeseen circumstances. Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.

Booking Policies / Terms and Conditions

Payment and Cancellations
The guests shall not let / sublet all or any part of the Premises nor assign this agreement without prior written consent.
Harmony Whistler encourages guests to purchase 3rd party cancellation insurance to avoid fees in the event of a cancellation needing to be made.
Non Canadian Guests, please note that some credit card companies may charge you a padded exchange rate or a foreign transactions fee.

Check-in Policies
The check-in procedures will be confirmed via. email 7 days before arrival. The majority of our properties have door codes which will be issued to you for the dates of your stay.
All properties will be ready for check-in by 4:00pm. If you wish to check-in earlier, please let us know. We will do our best to make it happen. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure.
Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card for a pre-authorization of $500 plus photo identification. The pre-authorization will be released after check out and will only be charged up to $500 after departure if property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest, no third party credit cards will be accepted.
Guests are expected to notify Harmony Whistler immediately upon arrival of any damage to the unit is noticed. The guest accepts the Premises in its present condition and agrees to take good care of the Premises during their stay and further agrees to pay all costs to replace or repair any property damaged by the guest during their stay.
Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. No groups or under 25's allowed unless previously authorized. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided.

Housekeeping
The property will be clean and ready for your arrival. Daily housekeeping is available for an extra fee. For stays of eight days or more, there will be a mid-week clean if requested by the guest. All properties have laundry facilities either in the unit or in the building. Adequate quantities of towels will be provided for the number of people booked.

Parking
Most properties have a specified parking stall for one vehicle, unless otherwise stated (exceptions - The Aspens & Glacier Lodge). There is visitor parking at most complexes, on a first come, first served basis. If your vehicle is over sized, it can be difficult to accommodate in Whistler and parking for such vehicles may not be available at peak times. Please contact Harmony Whistler to discuss options. Parking instructions will be given with check-in details.

Smoking
All properties are non-smoking inside the property. Please limit smoking to balcony or patio areas where permissible. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts over the railings as this is considered a fire hazard. Any units with evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fine.

Pets
Pets of any kind are not permitted in any of our properties unless agreed to in advance. Please contact Harmony Whistler for further information. There will be a $500 fine for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units, if permission has not been granted.

Noise
Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Security has the option to evict and / or fine guests, after one verbal warning.

Liability Disclaimer
Prices for Accommodation and packages are subject to change without notice, and reservations are based on availability. Bookings and prices are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit has been received and confirmation email has been sent to Guest.
The Owner / Harmony Whistler shall not be liable to the guest for any injury or damage to person or property in or about the Premises by or from any cause whatsoever.

Disclaimer
Each unit is privately owned and subject to availability. Due to unforeseen circumstances, should the reserved unit no longer be available for rental, Harmony Whistler reserves the right to relocate the guests to another unit of equivalent or superior quality.

We had a pleasant stay at our condo. Amenities, cleanliness and location are a big factor and this place nailed it. My friends were pleased as well and grateful I made this choice. We will definitely becoming back here.

The location is perfect! I can not say enough about location. Everything was super clean and check in was easy! The hottub was very clean and was soooo relaxing! We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing you condo with us for our stay. All four of us had a blast! It was cozy and better than a hotel!

As advertised.. good location and logistics of check in etc all quite straight forward.. parking spot a bit tight quarters for an SUV but we got used to that.. no hesitation to recommend this place

Emma was an excellent host. She was very quick to respond to any issues. The unit itself was a bit underwhelming. I had expected something a little nicer and cleaner. We were looking forward to using the hot tub and it was just too dirty to bother. Nothing Emma could do about that though, it really needs to be serviced - drained and cleaned. It was adequate for the weekend. We appreciated having the space to use and the location was good. Close to the market and recreation etc.
