No specific rules in our apartment, as long as you respect the place in a bourgeois behavior.
No additional person will be allowed to stay and sleep over outside the rental agreement.
No pets allowed.
We do prefer to rent the apartment for families instead of a group of friends that can turn "being wild" in paris.
Electricity is not included in the rental price during winter time (from october till march) so i will report indexes at the entrance and at the end of the stay with you.
Si vous annulez jusqu'à 7 jours avant le voyage, vous recevez un remboursement à hauteur de 50 % et les frais de service vous sont remboursés intégralement.
Sophie my wife, my two daughters Gabrielle, Salomé and myself live in this apartment since 2010.
Sophie works in "home staging" and i work in movie making as a camera operator.
We have chosen to live in the center of paris to get as close as possible to museums, restaurants and the pedestrian area of "la rue Montorgueuil".
That district is clean and safe to hang around and my daughters enjoy to go to school by themselves.
