We have a property manager available for questions or support as and when needed.
Centrally located between airport and supermarkets, restaurants, bars and beaches, Colina Vista is the best of both worlds. You can choose to relax at home on the porch or in the pool or take a short drive to all these amenities.
We are 10 minutes from the main road where taxis and buses are available but recommend a car rental as the road is quite steep and because you'll want to see more of the island. If you'd like, we can help you book a car at a preferred rate.
Hotel style safe, holds 17' laptop. Monitored and rapid response security system; onsite security at gatehouse (6pm-6am daily).
Car rental is recommended given our location at the top of a hill, plus you'll want to see some of the island while you are here.
No smoking or pets please.
Maximum of 8 guests including any children.
A copy of the rental agreement available on request.
Si vous annulez jusqu'à 7 jours avant le voyage, vous recevez un remboursement à hauteur de 50 % et les frais de service vous sont remboursés intégralement.

Originally from the UK, we met in Bermuda and then settled in Canada.
We want to retire somewhere warm so set out looking for land where we could build our dream home overlooking the Caribbean Sea. We found Roatan by change on the map and visited there in 2008. We fell in love with the view, the people, and couldn't pass. We starting building a few years later and finished the house in 2012. We absolutely love the island and I am sure you will too.
