Your next luxury vacation home is here and it`s located in an exclusive Palm Springs neighborhood just 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Palm Springs. This home offers everything you would want in a Palm Springs vacation rental. Newer home built in 1994 located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a completely private, back yard with mountain-views.

With 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths, plus a den, you have sleeping capacity for 8. Two bedrooms have King size beds, one bedroom has a Queen and the Open Den has a Queen Sleeper.

As you walk through the front doors you realize that you have found your own private Palm Springs paradise. This Home opens up to an almost complete wall of Glass looking out to extra-large lot with salt-water system pool, spa, and covered patio with misting/fogging system. The Large grass area is great for outdoor games like Bocce Ball and Crockett. Your Palm Springs Vacation home has been professionally decorated with rich, inviting, Palm Springs colors. There are 5 Plasma Televisions in this home, 4 with DVD players.

The Master bedroom opens up to the back yard, for your own private entrance and just a few steps to the in-ground spa. Your kitchen is ready for that gourmet meal and is wonderful for entertaining with its open and adjoining Den, (full size sofa-sleeper), two ottomans & two bar stools to the kitchen counter and of course one of those Plasmas. The Kitchen Features an island with an extra sink and disposal and kitchen bar. This Palm Springs home has a separate dining room that opens up to the Living Room and the back yard, pool and spa.

The Large Living Room with vaulted ceiling boasts of warm Fireplace for those occasional Palm Springs evenings that get chilly to lounge and watch your favorite movies on a 50` Plasma TV with custom sound system and DVD player. This Room also opens up to the large covered patio with comfy inviting furniture. Make your reservations now! You will be happy you did!

THIS RENTED PROPERTY is privately owned. You agree to indemnify McLean Company Rentals, staff, shareholders, and the owner of said property for all liability, damage, personal injury, or loss to the Property or its contents that occur during your stay resulting from any cause. We are not responsible for personal items lost, stolen or left behind.

The rate that you have been quoted is NOT including the mandatory City TOT Tax.

You certify that each responsible party/guest is 25 years of age or older (The City of Rancho Mirage requires signer must be over 30 years)

Occupants not to exceed two persons per bedroom

You agree to maintain the home in good order and appearance at all times and will not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors or prompt written or verbal complaints to McLean Company Rentals from police, neighbors, neighborhood associations or homeowner associations (HOA).

Amplified outdoor music of any kind is not allowed by City ordinance. It is understood and agreed that ANY loud or large party, violations due to over-occupancy, unnecessary outdoor noise, indoor noise that causes neighbors to complain, or for violations of minimum age requirements of homes can result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds

OPTIONAL POOL HEAT during the winter months may be added for an additional fee. This option can be added once the reservation has been confirmed through the AIRBNB adjustment tool. (This is for home rentals only)

ALL HOME RESERVATIONS for greater than twenty-eight (28) nights must pay actual utility fees instead of the daily pool heating charge. Guests shall pay actual gas and electric utility charges, which will be billed against client's utility deposit within 6 weeks of departure. We will send you a copy of your utility bill at the conclusion of your reservation.

All of our homes are non-smoking. If it is reported that there was smoking i.e. cigarettes or marijuana in the home, you will forfeit your full security deposit.
