Married to my husband for 20 years. We have two sporty, lovely sons, age 12 and 17. In my day job I am a documentation manager for an international telecoms software company. Before my children came along I traveled in Africa, Europe, and Asia. We live with our gentle chocolate Labrador and his friend, our ginger cat, Toby, in Sea Point, a vibey suburb along the Atlantic coast of Cape Town. One day we would like to live at least part of the year in Thailand because I love the warm weather, and my husband comes from that awesome place! I love architecture and decor, socializing and entertaining, strumming my guitar, and going for walks with my dog on the Sea Point promenade and the beach. Recently I took my young son to fulfill his dream to see Lionel Messi play football at Camp Nou in Barcelona. We rented an Airbnb apartment and loved that we had a charming homely place to relax in at the end of each day touring the city. When booking accommodation I like to feel at home in clean, character accommodation. We love our home and our great neighbourhood and appreciate the same when we travel. Due to school and work commitments we can't travel too often so we love hosting guests through AirBnB, we love hearing stories of your life and your adventures. For us, it's about bringing the world to our home.
