Hello Pat, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I really appreciate the opportunity to address these issues. 1. I have contacted our service provider to find out about getting WiFi in the cottages. 2. We do not provide microwaves/kitchenettes etc in the cottages as they pose a fire hazard (we are in a remote area to get assistance) and we have the restaurant on site to take care of guests' needs. 3. Toiletries are indeed available, we stock shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothbrushes and toothpaste and distribute as guests request them. We try to be environmentally aware and do not put out things that will be disposed of if not used. 4. Our restaurant offers international cuisine as shown on our menu online. We did offer your group Jamaican food to accommodate your requests but I am not sure why it wasn't taken. We do also offer Jamaican breakfast, which guests can request in advance. If guests are staying with us for a long duration they may also request additional menu items. I will make a note of this on our website and here on Airbnb so that part of our offering is clear.
