Sign rental agreement which states:
1. Smoking not allowed inside house. 2. People other than those in party reserved may not stay overnight on property. 3. The homewners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the property. 4. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. 5. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use premises. 6. Keep property and all furnishings in good order. 7. Only use appliances for their intended use. 8. Pets are permitted only with prior approval. 9. Parking is available on gated property. 10. Fireplace shall be used responsibly. 11. There is no daily housekeeping. 12. Agrees that no other event (of more than 6 people) will take place on property during visit.
Plumas house belongs to Anthony and Nancy Palladino, my Dad&Mom. I manage the property for them. Plumas house has always been our family getaway in the mountains. My favorite part of the house is it's history, the many different lives it has sheltered.
