Contemporary new apartment in the heart of the Maple Leaf neighborhood. A king size luxury bed means a comfortable night's sleep. And it's only blocks away from great restaurants, shops and entertainment, as well as close to downtown.
For security purposes, I have a policy of not renting to anyone with a blank profile. Please see https://www.airbnb.com/help/question/67 for advice on how to complete your profile. The apartment is on my home property, so I feel it's vital to know a little bit about everyone who will stay here. If you have any questions about me that aren't answered in my profile, please ask!
Also, the absolute limit on the apartment is 4 people including children and please include children as added guests when you reserve. It has proven too hard to accommodate more in that small space with a full house above it. Thank you for your understanding.
I have an incredibly sweet boxer, Lucy, who goes outdoors and will be under supervision during your stay (she will not be in any shared space though will be in my yard from time to time). You are more than welcome to interact and give her love!
-Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
- no parties allowed and request that there is general consideration for noise between hours 10pm-7am.
Questions: Please call, text or email me at any time during your stay or when you check out if you have any questions. I want to help ensure that your stay is a great experience. If there is anything that needs addressing, please don't hesitate to reach out to me!
In addition, if you would like any suggestions on how to spend your time during your visit, please call or email me. I've lived in Seattle for many years and have many recommendations for restaurants, things to see and do, etc…

I love to travel and am excited to do my first cross country road trip this summer. I've spent more recent years heading abroad and savoredwonderful amounts of time in Thailand, China, India and Europe.
I work in oncology as a nurse practitioner and feel incredibly lucky to love my job. Outside of work, I stay active by doing triathlons, skate skiing, traveling and relishing time with my friends and family and my beloved boxer, Lucy.
I am a very considerate guest and love my time getting to know fellow travelers. I feel compelled to learn people's stories and to learn about their cultures.
I invite you to please email me if you have any questions. Thank you
