A Piece of Downtown - This unit has a lot to offer. One of the best locations downtown for the active people. Just blocks from everything including Union Station, Commons Park on the Platte River & the 16th St Bridge just to mention a few. This bright condo has an open floor plan w/ a loft flair, the 875sq. ft. condo has a modern kitchen w/ stainless steel, granite counters & modern cabinets including a disposal & dishwasher.

This loft is located at the union station light rail.
You can step out the door and take the train to the Pepsi center or sports authority field. You can also take the light rail to and from the airport to Union station starting April 2016.
You will also have the 16th street shuttle available right outside your door. This free shuttle will give you access to all of downtown.
There is also a parking spot available if needed. But you truly do not need a car if you stay here.
With in a 1/2 mile radius you have Coors Field, Elitch Gardens, Pepsi center, Museum of Contemporary art. With in a mile you have Sports Authority field and the Colorado Convention center.
If you are an active individual there are plenty of trails to use for a run, walk or a bike ride.

-Snooze. Great breakfast place. Very popular and could have a wait of up to 45min. 2 locations one at union station 1701 Wynkoop St
and one at park and Latimer

This is a tapas restaurant. Great atmosphere and food.
-Vesta dipping grill - 1822 Blake St.
-Work & class. - 2500 Larimer St.
2500 Larimer Street Unit #101Work & Class is a casual, full-service restaurant located in Denver's River North (RiNo) neighborhood, driven by the motto, "a square meal, a stiff drink, and a fair price."
-Chingones. - 2461 Larimer St.
Mexican food and tequila bar. Great rooftop patio and great tacos.
-Ophelia's -1215 20th St. Great atmosphere and food. Great place for drinks. They have life music some days.
-Buenos Aires Pizzeria.- 1319 22nd St.
Gourmet pizza and empanadas.
Those are just some of the great restaurants downtown. But of course there are many more.
I expect guests to treat the home with respect. I would also only like the approved amount of guest listed to be allowed inside. This is not the place to rent if you are looking to throw a party. This is also a non smoking loft and not 420(or any other drug) friendly. There will be a $250 fee for any kind of smoking done inside the unit.
