Each home includes a full size kitchen, washer/dryer, parking for one vehicle, utilities, and wireless service. Our two bedrooms 2 bathrooms range in size from 1,055 to $1,448 square feet each depending on the floor plan available.

Our Guest Service representative will send you a Welcome Letter with your personalized Arrival & Departure Instructions. You are required to send us a clear copy of your photo identification which may be either your government issued Driver’s License or passport for each guest; this is a requirement by property management. Unfortunately keys will not release keys prior to your ID submission.

Pet Policy:
Pets may be permitted in this particular building/apartment. All our units have a different pet policy/requirement which depends on the property/owner. Be sure to first inquire the full details prior to reserving. This may require a non-refundable pet fee, and refundable pet deposit. You will also be required to confirm the weight and breed of pet prior to reserving. Any unauthorized pets will immediately forfeit your security deposit and other fees may apply for damages incurred.

All our apartments are non-smoking units. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE inside the apartment. IF you smoke on balconies PLEASE fully close sliding door tightly to avoid any smoke penetrating back into apartment. If we determine the apartment smells like any tobacco product smoke, there is a $350 smoke smell removal against your security deposit. PLEASE NO SMOKING, Thank you!

Absolutely NO PARTIES are allowed on the premises or inside of the units. If there is evidence or we receive complaints of such an occurrence, the guest will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any resulting damages to the property.

Under no circumstances should guests unplug or move any of the electronics or lighting fixtures inside of the apartment. This is for your own safety and for the safety and convenience of future guests. If you need to use a power outlet, please look for one that is not being used. You can normally find one near the TV or sofa.

Lost keys will incur a fee as follows:
$50 per key to have replacements made
$150 per electronic FOBs
$100 per parking decal

**Be aware, the apartment door may lock automatically. There is a fee of $150 for after hour (6:00 PM) lock-outs**

Guests shall comply with all house rules and regulations pertaining to the building in which the apartment is located, including but not limited to trash and recycling procedures, noise level limits and appropriate conduct within the building's public spaces.

Melissa, did and excellent job, I love the atmosphere and location. The accomodation was clean and tastefully decorated.Iwould definitely utilized Melissa services again.I lok forward to it, Again my family and I had a wonderful time. Thanks Melisaa
