This is a quiet complex with mostly owner occupants. Secure, underground parking for one car (2 additional car spaces for visitors). We have all of the modern convenience with full kitchen & quality kitchenware. Lovely resort style pool/bbq area to enjoy. If you are looking for a quiet complex with easy 100m walk to the beach, and away from the busy holiday apartments, then this is the unit for you!! Short 2 minute stroll gets you there. Walk to shops/cafes/grocery and restaurants 600m to James Street. Includes linens (QB sheet sets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face towels and tea towels). You have a washing/dryer machine in unit, small clothes rack for balcony drying and their is a clothes line at the back of the unit complex. We are located next to the Gold Coast Highway so some local traffic noise during peak hours only, but it is very quiet when windows are closed. Products supplied include Laundry Products, Body and Hand Wash products, Tea & Coffee and anything in the pantry for your use. One week minimum over Christmas/New Year. Christmas hamper on arrival with booking for Christmas week. Note: Parking along the Esplanade on Burleigh Beach is hard to get during holidays.

All damages will be the responsibility of the guest except for general wear and tear to unit and contents. We are reasonable!! FYI. There is no on grounds security as this is a private key accessed only secured complex building.

Please Note that the free WIFI provided is a portable device only and does not have UNLIMITED data usage. We have allowed a normal internet usage of 1.0GB/day which is generous for normal internet/email usage. Also note that if you have multiple devices connected to the server simultaneously this will affect the usage rate. Please be mindful when using the internet as additional charges will be incurred at a cost rate of $6/GB above 1.0GB/day.

Great place for a holiday! Location was excellent - so close to the beach, shops and cafes. Very accommodating with check in and out times and communicating with Karen and Hernan was seamless. Will come again!

A great location close to the beach and local amenities. A little road noise but not too bad at all. A very clean cute little place. Host were great at communicating and very helpful.

What an awesome find. Great location. Quiet. Quick walk to Burleigh Central and our favorite, the North Burleigh Surf Club. Apartment was exactly as described. Even had a blender if morning smoothies are your thing. No hassle check in and check out. Great communication with hosts. Loved having the bikes to use whenever we needed. Great friendly complex. Will be back

Karen & Hernan's apartment in Burleigh is located in a great spot. Just metres from the beach and a short walk to many different food options. The apartment has everything you would need for a long or short stay including secure off street parking. Communication was very easy. Thanks again K & H

A great stay at Karen and Hernan's place. Loved that we could walk easily to the beach and cafes of Burleigh Heads. We enjoyed also having the bikes available for a ride to the next beaches over to explore. Burleigh Heads is a gorgeous beach which still has the Gold Coast atmosphere, but is away from the busy part of Surfers Paradise, which we liked.

We love visiting the different wineries around the world. Hernan was born in Chile and speaks fluent Spanish. We have lived in Brisbane/Gold Coast area for over 15+ years and are happy to offer suggestions of different tourist attractions to make your stay more enjoyable.
Over the years we have enjoyed a beautiful house on the Coromandel coast in New Zealand during Dec 2010 before travelling to Chile where we stayed at an oceanside condo in Vina del Mar and a beautiful house with divine views at the base of Volcano Osorno. We have also stayed in condos in Waikiki and in the Islands of Maui and Kauai in December 2011. Our around the world trip in 2014 utilised our time share and airbnb services in 3 continents. Back to our second home Hawaii, the magical islands of Maui and Kauai for a month in 2015.

Live life to the fullest with no regrets as our time on earth is relatively short in the big picture.
