Three bedroom home for rent Masters Week 2014 only 25 miles from Augusta National Golf Club. The neighborhood was established in 2004, and is just a few minutes from downtown Aiken's wonderful restaurants and shops. It is a quiet neighborhood.
Living room has a down-filled sectional and chaise lounge, gas fireplace, flat screen TV with a blue ray player, cable channels, Netflix, and HuluPlus.
Formal Dining Room can seat up to 6.
The kitchen will be equipped with a coffee maker, bag of starbucks coffee, service for 6, and assorted refrigerated bottled beverages. There is a dishwasher, microwave, many cooking appliances, and pots and pans. There is a kitchen nook that seats four and overlooks the backyard.
Master Bedroom is on a separate side of the house from the other two bedrooms and has a queen bed, adjoining bathroom with a garden tub, separate shower, double sinks, and separate toilet area.
Guest Bedroom has a queen sized bed and medium sized closet.
Hallway/Guest Bathroom has a full size tub and shower.
Third bedroom has an Urban Outfitters Either/Or convertible sofa bed. It folds out to approximately 45". There is also a pillow top full sized mattress stored under the guest bedroom bed for more optional sleeping arrangements.
Garage fits two cars and has an extra freezer.
The backyard has a pergola covered patio and is equipped with a Webber charcoal grill and patio table for 4.

Renting For Masters Week 2013. Must book entire week, no exceptions. It will take you a little under 35 minutes to get to gate 6 on Berkman's Road from our house. The drive is pleasant, and mostly highway (we work in Augusta and drive it every day)
Why Stay In Aiken for the Masters?
•Excellent pick of restaurants that are generally not as crowded as Augusta (We LOVE Malias, TakoSushi, and Casa Bella--to name a few)
•Unique historic city with museums and historic homes to tour
•Great Golfing at Aiken Golf Club, Houndslake Country Club, and Woodside Plantation. Again, not as crowded as Augusta.
•Easy travel to Augusta National either on US-78 (24 miles) or I-20 (30 miles)
