Fall, Winter vacation season is right around the corner, and time to start planning for that special vacation. If you are in need of a nice home because of Hurricane Harvey, we have monthly rental plans as well.

Fully Furnished 3-bed, 3-bath, home right on the water, with great views, comfortable updated furnishings, and many amenities and comforts of home. Fish right off the deck where we have installed underwater fishing lights. Great Fishing!

Small pets under 15 lbs are $100 per stay
Larger pets 15Lbs and over, are $150 per stay- please see note at bottom for explanation.
For number of people in your group, we count all ages from infant on up.

Looking for a great place for the Fall and/or Winter Vacation, please read all the details below. We are new to AirBnB, but, we do have many great reviews on similar sites.

We also have the next door unit available too. It is called "Fishing from the Deck - Great Views" and can be seen here in AirBnB.

We cater to the weekly visitor, and our rates are set up based on weekly rentals. Since we occasionally do accept terms of less than a week, it is a good idea to confirm that with the owner, because there is not a way to set that up in the rate pricing chart.

We also have the unit right next door, #401, almost the same set up and layout. Both units offer Weekly or Monthly or longer rates. We do not offer daily rentals, unless we have 4 or more days sandwiched between reservations.

This is a great place for; Families, Couples, Retired Folks, Winter Texans, Fisherman, Traveling Nurses, or Work Crews.

This beautiful WATERFRONT townhouse is right on a wide and attractive canal looking out over the basin, offering sunset views that are spectacular.

The modern and updated townhome that is totally/fully furnished and very spacious 3-bedroom, 3-full baths. When we say totally furnished, you will see why most people say we have more useful furnishing than any rental they have ever stayed at. You need nothing but your clothes and personal items.

This unit is directly next to "Weekly Monthly Island Vacation Specials Unit #1- Fishing from Deck - Great Views" and adjoining and front doors are only 2 feet apart. Weekly Monthly Island Vacation Specials Unit # 1 can be rented in combination with this unit, for very large groups, with sleeping arrangements for up to 20 (contact owner). So, if you are looking for a really large place, this will expand to 6-bedroom, 6-bath unit and could sleep up to 20+ people. Please contact me at either property for more details if you have a really large group.

The Island is spectacular this year. Clean beaches, clean and clear water conditions, . They look like someone raked and cleaned the beaches to perfection. People are catching fish right in he surf, and weather has been perfect. I have been here for years, and never seen a season like this before. SO, PLAN EARLY – we will fill up fast, Don't miss out.

Our Check-in/out is the most simple, quick method you have ever used. We have installed new electronic push button locks on the entry doors. We will send you a 4-digit code via email, and that will be your key. No check-in-out, and no front desk, no paperwork, just arrive whenever you want, and leave whenever you want (not later than scheduled checkout time)

If you are considering extended stays, or maybe a winter Texas, or a worker(s) who need flexible or custom rental, just let me know and i can work with you on a custom rate that will be considerably below posted high rates using this quote tool. If you are planning on Spring Break, book early, because the island will fill up and this is a very comfortable place for a group to stay and it is close to the beach and the spring break festivities

About the Townhome:

Our North Padre Island condo was built setting right on the water:

3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms

Townhome is fully furnished and very comfortable with all the amenities you could want.

Three bedrooms sleep 8 comfortably - and depending on circumstances, could hold up to 11-12. Additional sleep areas - the front room on large sofa, love seat and oversize recliner, use a blow up bed for up to 12 guests.

4 modern large flat panel televisions, one in living room area and all bedrooms have their own TV

All TVs are all equipped with Direct TV and DVR and 500 + channels, Netflix and ROKU. NFL Channel, and more

Upstairs is the master bedroom and guest bedroom, the Master has its own private “in-suite” full bath. The guest bedroom upstairs, has bath just two steps from the bedroom door. These are full baths, with showers, tubs, and nice size with plenty of linens, towels, etc.

The master has a queen bed, and there is also a futon that makes into a full size bed. Plenty of dressers, mirrors, and storage in bedroom, and a huge walk-in closet. Lots of storage space. Master is set up with small office, desk, and computer docking station. 200 MG internet - wireless - throughout.

The full bath in the master has a double sink and vanity, with a huge walk-in closet.

The guest bedroom, has a full bed/futon and twin heavy duty bunk beds. .

The entire home is equipped with 200-Meg high speed WiFi internet.

For your convenience there is even a large capacity washer/dryer in the upstairs laundry room. Reasonable laundry detergents and fabric softners are provided.

Downstairs is another bedroom and a full bath. That bedroom has a full bedroom set and great furniture - that just sings out "Coastal" and is convenient to another full downstairs bathroom.

The large front room and dining room are gorgeously decorated and furnished with high quality leather and wooden furniture. That whole area looks out over the deck and the water.

Very comfortable seating around a large common area, all looking out over the water, at the TV, or start a fire in the Fire Place.

Table and chairs for dining are extremely high quality, heavy furnishings and can set up with service for 8 people, expandable to room for 12.

The inside is comfortably furnished with good modern furniture, beach/ocean type theme.

There is a wood burning fireplace, brand new A/C system, and comfort throughout.

All three bathrooms are full baths with tubs and showers.

Mater bedroom has large walk-closet that is so large, it could be used as an additional sleeping area for kids

All rentals include a week supply of : Soap, shampoo, condition, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, TP

Unit also has brooms, cleaning agents, vacuum, and spare home supplies

Stepping out the back door, opens to a two story deck and boat dock. The top deck is equipped with heavy duty patio furniture and a great view and the evening sunset is beautiful.

The lower patio has a boat dock area - but, no sling and the boat landing area is equipped with running water for washing down your boat. We also have provided access on the fish cleaner next door in our other unit, but, you or I must just inform any current guest that you may use it as needed. Please do not clean fish in he home, and ALL fish trimmings and wastes should be thrown directly into the canal/water.

The views from the patio/deck are breathtaking and provide shade in the morning, great for your morning coffee breaks.

There is great fishing right from the patio and many a large lunker speckled trout and red fish have been taken from right there. The canals in the area have numerous underwater lights. These lights are referred to as "GREEN LIGHTS" because at night, the put off a brilliant glow of green and small bait fish are attracted to the lights - thus, fishing in the lighted areas is great for catching the larger sport fish which are also feeding on the smaller bait fish in the green glow water.

If you prefer to fish on the beach, swim, or just take a stroll on the sandy beaches, Bob Hall Pier and Padre Island National Seashore Park are just a 3-4 minute drive (or 15 minute walk) to the beaches......Also, we are less than a half mile from Schlitterbahn Water Park - which is open now with a grand opening this summer. Check with them for rates, times, and park information and schedules.Just a great place to live or vacation at.

We personally lived in the unit next door for more than 10 years, and know how nice the condo and area are. So, please enjoy them, and have a great stay and have fun and relax and make it one of those vacations that you remember for years.

Also, we know that sometimes things happen, things get broken, or issues pop up. We understand that and just ask that you make us aware of any problems or issues so that we can take care of them before the next guest arrive. .

BUT, PLEASE REMEMBER, Our condo is available for use and enjoyment to our guests. Of course, you are paying a fair price and want to have a good time. We only ask that you consider the neighborhood, the property, and restrain from behavior that others find distasteful or annoying. Please think about your actions and how they affect others around you who have invested in their homes and want a peaceful place to live. We know you want to have a good time and we want you to and we want you to be return visitors – Just please think about others around you.***NOTE***, We require that our guests (or groups) have someone who is at least 25 years of age included in the guest party. IF that responsible person is someone different than the person who uses the credit card, we ask for the name, address and age of that person.

EXPLANATION - PET FEES - pets are welcome, but, there is a Pet Fee.

We strive to keep the homes exceptionally clean, and pay the best cleaning crews available to do this. For most pets, they charge an extra fee to clean. Additionally, depending on type/breed of dog, they shed and we are forced to have a carpet cleaning company that we contract through to come in an clean and pet/deodorize all the carpets in the home. That is another $100. So, this is not a money maker for the owners, just a pass through and way to keep the place clean. Please control your pets at all times, and be responsible for them as if it were your own home. I personally have a pet, and would not think of going anywhere without her, but, i have to pay also - BUT, they are worth it. That is why we have them and love them - but, they are not free.

Once you book, the owner will send you a link to the townhome "homepage" where you will find tons of useful information.

The doors are push button electronic keys, and the owner will send your code in the welcome letter. Just come and arrive and leave at your will - and no paper work to hassle with.

The garage is off limits, and the owner keeps his personal belongings in there.

Owner lives just two blocks away, and is always present should a need come up to assist. Owner will occasionally take guest on guided fishing tours, if they agree to pay for bait, and something for the gas used in boat. This is a huge benefit for those who want to go out in boat, try fishing, and cannot afford the $500-$800 for a 5-hour fishing trip by a licensed guide. Owner does not guarantee that he will be available, nor can guarantee the weather conditions, so, it is pretty much a "play it by ear" type situation. Owner does enjoy fishing too, and this is a way to go out and split cost and allow the guest to do something that normally cost a lot. Maximum boat capacity for fishing is 3-5 people, and that includes the boat operator - thus, most I could take out would be 4 people at most - sometimes less.

Autres remarques

The base rate is set for 6 people allowed without extra charges. This setting is set for premium rates. During off season quotes, we manually figure maximum people at 6 people and an extra charge of $20 per person per day.

Please do not block driveway so that others cannot get through. Please pull up to the garage door "402" and do not block area behind it with trailers or extremely large vehicles. If you have additional cars or trailers, please find street or center parking area right there in the area only steps away for additional parking.

Air condition worked well, place was clean and a great location. All in all facilities were more than we expected, great value for the price.

The location was in great proximity to the beach and Padre National Seashore. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were very clean. It was fun fishing off the back dock.

We enjoyed Jack's place so much. Watching the fish at night and being on the bay was awesome! Even though the town house is part of a complex it was quiet and felt private. The house was like a second home. Jack is so caring an attentive I felt like I was talking to a family member. Thanks from our family to yours Jack!

Jack was very good at communicating with us and the place was outstanding. Absolutely no issues with the unit and it is in a great area. The stay was wonderful from start to finish.

This was my first time renting a place on AirBNB, a referral fr my daughter. Booking a regular hotel is the way I've always gone, so needless to say, I was a little nervous, but we needed a Condo to accommodate the family members we haven't seen in so long and wanted a place to be able to spend quality time with them. Shortly after booking, the owner, Jack contacted me and in the few conversations we had, I was put completely at ease! Months later, when the trip finally came around, Jack again contacted me to make sure all was well and gave us info on the condo as well as info on the TAMCC Womens soccer team, who my daughter plays for. "Checking In" was the easiest thing and when we arrived, the condo was everything we could have wanted and more! It was clean, supplied well and in a great area! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute there, my favorite part was my morning coffee on the outside lower deck with my feet in the water! So amazing and calming! We BBQ'd on the patio overlooking the water, made and ate tons of food in the kitchen, watched football on Direct TV, drank wine and beer in the evening and watched the fish jump and people coming in on boats and kayaks fr their days outings; we created lasting memories in a comfortable, safe setting. Jack and his wife were a pleasure to do business with and I wish they had a place everywhere we went! A+++

Awesome place and great host. Jack went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything promised and more. We rented a boat and we were able to keep it conveniently at the condo for easy access to go fishing in the early morning hours. The green light was very nice to have for fishing. The large patio and grill made for good entertaining with the family. All appliances and cookware made saving money easy since we were able to cook our own meals. Rooms were very nice, and having 3 bathrooms was clutch for our family. House was clean and smelled great. Directv in every room. Loved it. Will definitely be coming back for our other corpus vacations. Pictures did not do this condo justice, very nice inside!
