Description

Fantastic location very near Baker Street in the popular area of Marylebone by Oxford Circus, Bond Street and all of West End. With wood floors throughout, spacious large bright living room, 2 double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen & full bathroom.

Spacious, bright living room, fitted kitchen with all appliances available for use, bathroom with full bath and power shower. Being on the top floor, it is quiet, very bright and offers a good layout for being social or shutting your door on the world to read a book. The location is amazing, only minutes from the world famous Baker Street, Regents Park, Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street. Not forgetting Soho, Mayfair, Marble Arch, Hyde Park and Piccadilly also easy walking distance.

The listing is for the entire two bedroom apartment, including a living room within a red brick mansion block on the top floor (fourth floor walk up) with bright and interesting views facing east and west with all day sun:)) I have lived here for over ten years so know and love it very much.

We are also more than happy to share our knowledge of the local areas, London and beyond. If you have any specific questions or requests please kindly send us an email.

Although we doubt you will be spending too much time at home during the day as it's a fabulous city and there is allot to see and do. We are on hand if you need any help, assistance or maintenence in cases of emergency, we are also more than happy to involve you in our social activities should you wish to do so.

The neighbours are very friendly and I also have many friends and colleagues living nearby. I am relatively open to general requests so please do ask. Also, use of all amenities such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge etc ... the bathroom are of course encouraged.

I love the personal and quite traditional charm Marylebone embodies, whilst keeping the young very entertained with various bars, events, live music, museums and food haunts to explore. Oxford Circus, Regent Street, Mayfair and Soho are just down the road (Walking Distance) Also being on the cusp of the famous and open space of Regents Park with London Zoo very nearby also. A great place to start out your exploration of this amazing city. A map is probably in order ... The apartment is very well connected, whether you need to get to to Paris, Heathrow or even Timbuktu in a hurry!

Hi I am Simon, I live with my girlfriend Margot who is a sculptor and is originally from Versailles in France. I was born and have lived in Marylebone, London all my life and we love to travel and explore this planet. Great ideas, conversation, music and being outdoors are what makes us tick. At the moment I am running my own business in central London. I do enjoy London very much and the many attractions, events and things to do that it has to offer at all times of the day, night and year.
