1. A security deposit of MYR300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

2. Guests are required to handover their keys & Tag to the helper upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key card they are obligated to pay the penalty of MYR 200.

3. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

4. There is a surcharge of MYR150 for Partying in the apartment.

5. Smoking / Food Fighting / Spillage of food or drinks everywhere is strictly NOT allowed in the apartment, failure to observe the rules will result in charging the Guest with the amount of MYR 150.

6. Guest is advised to safe keep valuables / personal belongings properly during your stay, the management will not in any way whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of guest's belongings or any other property.

7. Please switch off lights, air-conditioners, fans, electrical appliances and water taps when not in use.

8. Guests will be requested to present passport/ ID for verification purposes, which will be returned.

9. Please keep the unit tidy and clean :)

I had a pleasant stay here. Tee was nice and patiently answer my questions when I'm not really familiar with the entrance to the unit. Everything was good and I'm really satisfied with it.
