This spacious 2 bedroom den with loft can sleep 10 without anyone being in the living room. It has a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and room for a bar area! The living room has BOSE sound system great during dinner entertainment, relaxing after a hike or skiing. The den holds a 40 inch flatscreen TV, is now enclosed for use as a third bedroom and has a sofa sleeper as an extra sleep option. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 50" flatscreen tv, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the loft has a queen euro bunk bed with its own full bathroom and the green couch folds out into a futon. Walking distance to Canyon Lodge and The Village. The shuttle stops just steps from the building. Perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer. Premises have 6 Jacuzzis all year round, and 1 swimming pool with BBQ area open in the summer.

Parking:
Each unit has parking for one vehicle in an underground garage. Second Garage parking spaces are on a first come, first serve basis but usually can be accommodated. Third Vehicles are on a first come first basis in an outdoor parking area. Each vehicle will require a parking permit at check-in. Vehicles without a valid parking permit will be towed.

Overall condo was great. Kitchen really updated and lots of space in the bedrooms. Has that cozy mountain cabin feel with new amenities.

We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely use Mountainback properties again. The building that houses the unit is very quiet. The unit is spacious and has a lovely mountain cozy feel to it. This unit is good for groups with couples. There is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a den with a full size pullout bed, and a bunk bed that has a king on the bottom and a twin on top. Having 3 full bathrooms was also wonderful! We never felt crowded. It also has a washer & dryer in unit - great for drying wet ski clothes! The unit's description says the green couch pulls out to a futon bed but it is definitely not sufficient to be called a bed and there was no bedding provided for it. Unless you're a small child you will not fit on it and you most certainly won't be comfortable. If you're heading to Ski Mammoth, its an uphill 10-15 minute walk to Canyon Lodge, but its doable! (Skiers hint: The higher number units at Mountainback are closer to the mountain!) Its a bit hard to tell which building the unit is in as the numbers are not very visible from the street, so make sure to ask where the building is when you book. We loved having the garage parking spots, we enjoyed our weekend, and the check in / check out process was very easy.

Thank you for the great feedback! We will definitely note the issue with the green couch. Also, our welcome letter does specify that you can request towels & supplies by calling the office. We're sorry that you did not have enough dishwashing detergent. We will try to download a map of the complex in our App that is sent to you...thanks again!

Host answers all inquiries quickly. Linens and kitchen supplies plentiful. Other than worn out stained carpeting, the unit was clean. Light bulbs can be replaced. Unit lacks lighting.
