À propos de ce logement
The apartment is small, basically a one-room apartment. Great for 2 or 3 (if not a lot of suitcases) for a place to sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment is a short walk from either JR Nara or from Kintetsu Nara. Good for those on a tight budget but want private space with comfortable sleeping spaces. Close to major sightseeing spots in Nara and easy to get to Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe! The listing is for 3 max but a small family could rent it, mother and father and 2 children.
The apartment is basically one room though the kitchen is separate. There isn't any room in the kitchen for a table. There are three separate sleeping spaces. As of September '16, there is a sofa bed that pulls out for a double bed. So comfortable. Easy to use as a single bed as well just by taking the cushions off. The bunkbeds are comfortable too. There is one table that can be used either for eating for for luggage (above and below). There is a suitcase stand that can be used as well. The window ledge can be used for luggage too. The shower and toilet are together which is common in small apartments.
Accès des voyageurs
There are washers and dryers in the building complex. Very reasonable.

I have been living in Japan for over 30 years. I came here as an exchange student my last semester of university, graduated with a major in education and started working as an English teacher. Besides teaching, I am very interested in business!
In my free time, I love going to flea markets and recycle stores! I am also very interested in publishing books and have published two books for students studying English. I have finished two other books for students studying hiragana and katakana which haven't been published yet. Would love to write more books for students studying English as well as on other topics. Just need a few more hours in a day!!
