4 Mango Court is a holiday rental apartment, within a secure development, in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the popular west coast of Barbados, in the parish of St James. It offers superb indoor and outdoor spaces for you to enjoy tropical living at its best.
4 Mango Court, with its stylish furnishings is a perfect, well equipped holiday rental property – a perfect home from home in Barbados. It is on two levels and offers superb indoor and outdoor spaces for you to benefit from tropical living at its very best; all overlooking the large, sparkling blue communal swimming pool (18ft x 27ft).
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, everything you need to cook up some wonderful food; using some locally sourced Bajan ingredients. Al fresco dining day or night is always an option in the pleasant Caribbean climate.
The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, is on the first floor and has a private balcony. The other two bedrooms share a shower room on the ground floor. All bedrooms have a/c, ceiling fans, TV and a safe for your personal items and valuables. The master bed and the bed in the second bedroom are both UK 'super' king size - 6ft wide. The third bedroom is UK King Size - 5ft wide.
Hurricane electric shutters are concealed above the large door and windows on the ground and upper floors and they make it simple to secure the property at night, and when they are open in the day, they allow maximum sunlight into the apartment.
For your communication and entertainment needs, wireless internet access is available as well as cable TV. There is a land line for making and receiving local calls free of charge. Incoming international calls are accepted, outgoing international calls are barred.

It's important to us that our guests get the very most out of their stay at Mango Court. Before arrival I'm very happy to help with transfers, car hire and any advice or suggestions for trips or activities. The house manager is on hand 24/7 to deal with any property related issues or questions.

Check out time is 12 noon on the day of departure (extensions can sometimes be available by prior arrangement).
Check in time is 3pm on the day of arrival (earlier arrivals can sometimes be accommodated by prior arrangement).
If there is a same day arrival, on your departure day, housekeeping will be required to come to the property in the morning.
You must advise us of flight details (airline and flight number).
No additional guests or visitors are allowed at the property without prior permission from the owner.
No parties or large gatherings are allowed.
No smoking is permitted inside the property.
No Pets are permitted. Special permission can be gained for such animals as guide dogs.
Please refrain from sitting on the beds, living room and dining room chairs when wet or when sunscreen lotion has been applied.
Please remember to be close windows and doors in the event it rains or when the house is unoccupied.
Please keep bedroom doors and windows closed when A/C units are being used and please turn off all A/Cs, lights and fans when not in the room.
Please be careful with the keys as there is a US$200 charge for all lost keys and replacement locks.
The accommodation is self-catering. Initial starter supplies of hand soap, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dish cloths and sponges are provided.
You are responsible for your personal possessions. Please take appropriate care and precautions. We recommend relevant insurance cover.
Accidents happen; if you break or lose something, let us know.
Don’t leave candles burning when you are not present. Avoid the use of candles and naked flames indoors.
