This home consists of 3 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs- the largest bedroom with a queen-size bed, the other 2 with full / double beds- as well as 2 living rooms, an eat-in kitchen and pantry on the first floor.
The house underwent a complete interior restoration in 2013, with new carpet and linoleum, painting, windows, appliances and fixtures. In the 3 bedrooms upstairs are a queen size bed in the largest, and full / double beds in the other 2. The bathroom has a restored clawfoot tub and shower combination and new fixtures. The 2 living rooms are simply furnished, with a double bed futon and conventional couch that can provide additional sleeping surfaces for a couple and an individual, respectively (with linens & pillow provided).The kitchen and pantry have basics like stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc..

Guests have full, private use of the entire apartment. The second apartment on the left half of the building has completely separate entrances, utilities, thermostat, etc.. Laundry access, if needed, is free, but shared, & key-accessed in an adjacent space. (Ask for details & the key if you need to do laundry.)

On-street parking on this small street (with just 7 houses) is fairly limited, but is always on the same side of the street, unlike most Rochester parking, which requires moving to the alternate side 6 nights of the week. Off-street parking may be possible on a lot that we own that is behind the house- ask about details and availability.
No inside smoking is permitted, nor any pets. We ask that you leave your shoes at the door to keep the carpet and other floors cleaner for you and the next guests.
