Ms Lisa was so kind and helpful and Andre was very quick to respond to all messages. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay! Just 2 blocks from magazine street which had so many great places to eat and an easy 5-10 minute walk to the trolley which for 1.25 will take you to the canal street in minutes! Or a 10 minute uber ride for $7, there was always one near by!

This was an absolutely wonderful space. The house maintains New Orleans charm while having beautifully updated accommodations inside. The location is stellar--just 2 blocks from Magazine Street and all the food and shopping it has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again.

Andre's place is spacious, clean , great for family or couple use. Andre was very welcoming . Location is close to multiple eateries, shops and activities. We had a great stay will always try to stay with Andre when we are in town .... Thanks for you hospitality

The apartment is in a nice area and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Very spacious with extra linens. Quick communication and follow through. A bit loud early in the mornings due to a school across the street. We unfortunately experienced a problem with roaches on our last night which was completely unexpected given the reviews left by previous guests.

Andre's place is lovely. The area is wonderful, right down the street from great shopping and fun restaurants. It is a quick Uber from the French quarter. The apartment itself is large with great aimintys and lovely light. If we go back to New Orleans this would be the first place I would try and book.

Andre's place is very well maintained and up-to-date in the decor. Very walkable to Magazine street and a lot of great restaurants and shops. Easy access from the interstate and a straight shot in cab or uber to downtown. The neighborhood is really quiet and felt safe and secure for walking.
