Position Position Position!!! A wonderful sunny beach front property with panoramic ocean views at great value. 150 metres from the beach in the beautiful South Coast region. Bed Linen and bath towels provided. Pantry items to facilitate cooking in the well equipped gourmet kitchen are available for use.

Aspect on Jones' Beach is not up a hill or behind a train track. It is opposite the beach and a children's park. Aspect on Jones' Beach is a spacious three Bedroom house with two newly renovated bathrooms & two toilets. The property is decorated in bright beach house style with polished floorboards. Two Queen sized bedrooms and one x Tri Double bed with single bunk bed - bedroom. All beds have comfy King Coil mattresses - which will ensure a good nights sleep. The property will accommodate up to six adults or total seven with adults and children.
'Aspect' has an open plan living area with two x three seater sofas and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with dishwasher and reverse cycle air conditioning/heating. It has a north-east aspect and receives excellent natural sun light especially in winter. Linen and bath towels provided for guests. Bring your own toiletries.

Guests can access the total house, backyard and front yard. The back yard is fully fenced for young children. Guests also have access to a small storage shed which houses the BBQ, outdoor furniture, portacot, babies high chair and a few toys.
There is parking for three cars or perhaps a boat. Across the road is also a parking area as well as a delightful children's play park with lots of play equipment.

If needed my manager is available to help with small problems such as keys etc. I will address any larger issues. I will let you know by e-mail about key access and other details about the running of the house.

This stretch of this region of the South Coast is absolutely stunning and pristine. There are 7-8 beaches in the area. I like Jones' Beach the best because it is family safe and most of the time the waves are manageable for small children. The scenic Minnamurra river is 700 m away - great for boaties, Kayakers, fisherman, rock fisherman and swimmers - (It is a tidal river that opens to the sea). The Minnamurra waterfalls and Jamberoo water park is a hit with the kids.
On par with being opposite the beach Aspect on Jones' Beach is a golfers haven. It is close to 6 panoramic golf courses. As well as playing the grass greens and lush fairways at a reasonable price, the golfer will enjoy river views, ocean views and dramatic mountain views. The club restaurant is above average. The rolling hills of the country side are also beautiful.
Enjoy a few boutique vineyards as well. Crooked river vineyard is a favourite of mine. More ideas are offered in my compendium of the area.
In Kiama you have the light house and the famous Kiama blow hole to visit as well as up to fifteen restaurants and many shops.

Minnamurra railway station is a three minute drive or 20 minute walk from the house. Kiama railway station is five km. Public buses go by every hour however you would have to have your Opal card organised.
The train to Sydney is two hours (the train trip to or from Sydney {Central Station} is a lovely experience - following the wonderful coastline of the Illawarra. Or conversely in the southern direction to Kiama 10 minutes and other small hamlets further down the coast equally beautiful.
Travelling by car is a very flexible option. Taxi services are available.

A comprehensive supermarket is 300 metres away as is the liquor shop, coffee shop, hamburger shop, bakery shop, pharmacy and Dr's surgery. The golf club, restaurant and course is 700 metres away. There are great walking/bicycle tracks which go to other towns even. The beach is sparingly populated - which is so so good. It is lifesaver patrolled from December through to after Easter.

All guests must comply with Council's Short term Rental Accommodation policy. They must consider neighbours health, safety and privacy, they must not create noise that is offensive to neighbours, Separate waste into recyclable, organic and general garbage. Guests must not allow more than 2 people per bedroom. They must not park vehicles in a way that disrupts neighbours. Guests must be off the deck between 10 pm and 8 am. No pets at all due to potential allergy concerns of future guests and No smoking in the house. No parties nor more than 6 Adults staying over night in the house. Booking will indicate total acceptance of these rules and conditions. The stay can be terminated if these common sense rules are not adhered to.

I am a former primary school teacher, I now do office administration and bookkeeping. I also own and manage a holiday rental in the charming South Coast, sea side village of Kiama, NSW, Australia. It is named, Aspect on Jones' Beach. I hope to list it on Airbnb soon.
To date my main travel destinations have been to Europe and England. Although I have also been to Russia and the Scandanavian countries as well.
As a guest I am neat and tidy. I always settle into accommodation as if it were my own and leave the accommodation as well as I first found it. You barely know that I have stayed.
I enjoy movies, theatre, experiencing all types of local food and I enjoy going to food or flower markets in the early mornings.
As a host, I am user friendly, the house is well kept and the amenities are good.
