Great location looking at quaint wiscasset village. Just a fun walk across the bridge. Centrally located to see everything in the mid coast region.

Cottage was incredibly clean. Location and view can't be beat with Wiscasset across the water. If we were more energetic the walk to Red's Eats would have been refreshing. Cottage was filled with Maine and seafaring artifacts. Kitchenette gave us just enough utility. Definitely would stay here again.

Great little cottage right on the water. We couldn't get enough of the views from the window! The size of the cabin was just right for the 4 of us in our group. The location was strategic too because we could do a day trip to Portland or the outlets as well as easily access Boothbay downtown with all of their shops. The host, Julie, was so friendly and easy to work with. There were plenty of towels and a modest supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap. But I would recommend bringing extra of any of those things if you know you tend to use a lot (for example we use a lot of paper towels and I was glad I had brought my own). We were also glad that we had our own drinking water. We would gladly book this place again if we were in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay in Julie's cottage - the decor alone was worth it! We were treated with a beautiful sunset on the river when we arrived, with comfy adirondacks outside to enjoy. It was great to be able to walk over the bridge to grab coffee and pastries at Treat. The proximity to route 1 was incredibly convenient - we were able to make quick trips to Boothbay and Damariscotta with the short time we had. We were unfortunate with a day of rain, but it was a treat to stay in and enjoy the incredibly-appointed space - but would also HIGHLY recommend Split Rock Distilling up the road for a tasting and even some cocktails. We wouldn't think twice about coming back!

This place had so much charm and was a great place to soak in the coastal Maine atmosphere. We were able to walk to the lobster huts in wiscasset and my wife loved the antique shops there.

Great location, right on the water, with great views of the Sheepscot River and the quaint town of Wiscasset. I recommend getting up early at least 1 morning to walk out onto the dock and watch the fog burn off he river, and then sitting in the Adirondack chairs at night and watching the sunset! If you like kayaking I recommend Darmiscotta Lake, huge lake with lots to explore! Also the cabin is in a great location to checkout other local attractions such as Bath, Boothbay and Darmascotta. Speaking of the cabin...wow the maritime decorative pieces and amazing and a nice touch! Kudos to Julie!
