This stylish terraced house has been beautifully decorated and is located close to Queen's Park in Kensal Green - a wonderful area with plenty of greenery and a village atmosphere, great for families!

The sitting room is smartly decorated with dark wood floors and feature fireplace. A purple velvet sofa, trendy lampshades and gold feature wall add luxurious touches and a large bay window floods the room with natural light. With a flat screen TV and plenty of low-level lighting this would be a lovely place to relax after a busy day exploring London! Through an archway lies a dining area, again tastefully finished with wood flooring and muted colour palette. A round glass table seating five keeps the feel stylish and contemporary and another gold feature wall adds an air of elegance to the room. There is a bookshelf with plenty of reading choices for anyone who wanted to curl up for a few hours of peace as well as DVD's to enjoy.

The kitchen is bright and modern. White kitchen cabinets and steel worktops and handles make this space feel clean, sleek and efficient. All appliances are built in including double oven. There is a window in front of the sink to peer through if there is any washing up to be done! There is also a more informal dining area; an eye-catching piece of artwork sits above a funky bench which makes up part of the seating. The white wash walls make this a relaxing and calm area and large glass doors bathe the room in light.

Through these doors is a charming patio area and garden. There is a patio covered in smart decking, sporting an al-fresco dining table with white umbrella for dining in all weathers! The lush borders surrounding the garden make it feel private and serene; as though the hustle and bustle of London didn't exist! Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a luxurious material-covered headboard, plush carpets and low level lighting. There is an impressive amount of storage space and a very large bay window. The second bedroom is also bright and inviting with tasteful touches. The bathroom has been stylishly decorated with brown tiles and dark wood cabinet and a trendy square sink mounted on top of it. A large mirror appears to double the size of the room and there is an impressive walk-in shower separated by a sheet of glass from the rest of the bathroom. There is also a large bath which is perfect for reclining in and relaxing.

Please note a dog also lives in this home and although he won't be there during your stay and we will have cleaned thoroughly, please be aware of this for anyone with allergies.

This property is located in an affluent and family-orientated area just 15 minutes from Notting Hill and the famous Portobello Road which is always bustling and busy and is known for its everyday market where you can everything from fresh food to antiques and fashionable clothing! Nearby Chamberlayne Road was once named by Vogue as the hippest street in Europe with the likes of Jade Jagger, Sophie Dahl and Daniel Craig listed as some of the celebrities who live in this flourishing community!

Neighbouring Queens Park is a beautiful park, perfect for a morning jog or taking the children to the playground, about a 2 minute walk away. You can also play tennis, golf and it even hosts its own Lido for the summertime!

With Kensal Green Underground station just a five minute walk away, it couldn't be easier to get around London! Notable stops include Marylebone where you’ll find a vibrant upmarket high street, Oxford Circus where you’ll have an unrivaled shopping experience and Regents Park with one of the Royal Parks which famously houses the Open Air Theatre and London Zoo. If you plan to travel elsewhere in Britain, Kensal Green is connected to both Euston and Clapham Junction – two of London’s major Railway Stations!

Conveniently Paddington is also on this line so if you’re coming from Heathrow Airport your trip there and back from the house will be very straight forward. Also near by you have Kensal Rise Overground which can take you to Hampstead Heath in just 10 minutes - a beautiful, grassy park with ponds, recent and ancient woodlands, a lido, playgrounds, and a training track - a great choice for a family picnic and day out!

All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
