Fremantle Holiday Accommodation will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However they reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances without penalty.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments charged to your credit card or immediate eviction.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay, we must have a credit card registered with us and their credit card will be charged after inspection of the apartment/cottage after the guests vacate the property. There is a 2.5% surcharge on all credit cards.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival or a cleaning fee will be charged. Check-out time is 10 am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to the neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of rental and loss of the balance of rent.

This property is rented as short term accommodation and is not serviced until the end of the booking. Linen is supplied by us. The towels supplied are for the bathroom only and are not to be taken from the premises. Beach towels must be supplied by the guest.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guest’s personal property.Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

A lovely place to stay. A cot and high chair had been provided for our youngest (we just kept an eye on our toddler with the stairs!). We would stay again.

Great place, just like the photos in a quiet street in Fremantle. Only a 10 minute walk to the ferries, train station and bars and clubs of cappacionno street.

Great central location easy walk to cafes, resturants and Freemantle markets. Beautiful well appointed townhouse with lovely living areas inside and outside to relax. You won't be disappointed with this townhouse.

Debbie's place is fantastic and so spacious. The light streams in and it's wonderful! Only a 10 min walk to fremantle centre it's the perfect location. Check in was easy and Debbie was very accomodating with early check in and late check out. The house is well equipped and the beds very comfy. Also a great area for entertaining, there are couches, chairs and tables everywhere and a really 'social' kitchen with stools and a bench so everyone can hang out! Thanks Debbie.

Our arrival process was smooth and well Organised and we were very happy with the property which was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The house is in a great location to explore Fremantle by foot.

Excellent location! Lovely townhouse with everything you need.. Was slightly noisy but I think it was the abnormally wild weather the nights we stayed
